The Sky Ancient City was entirely black, constructed of mysterious rocks, appearing majestic and imnse, floating in the sky, shrouded in clouds, resembling a giant black dragon circling in the void, exuding a soul-stirring aura, shaking the heavens and earth, inspiring awe in all.
"Huatian City," three ancient characters were engraved above the city gate, visible to everyone, marking the na of this Sky Ancient City.
Staring at these three characters, Ye Chen suddenly stood in a trance before the city gate in the void, montarily lost in thought, wearing a wry smile.
Was this fate? Or so kind of destiny after reincarnation...
"Ye Chen, what’s wrong?" The crowd was puzzled.
Ye Chen shook his head, saying nothing, and followed the others into Huatian City.
Although it was located in the illusory lands of the Void Sky Domain, Huatian City was not deserted but bustling, with streets filled with people and specifically constructed wineries, gambling houses, restaurants, and other earthly markets.
Inside the city, continuous palace buildings stood majestic and grand, with carved railings and jade, surrounded by Spirit Fog, towering over one another.
There were also so Floating Divine Palaces, bobbing in the air, looking grand and atmospheric.
These palaces all belonged to suprely strong factions, inside whirled powerful auras soaring into the sky, and they were at least from the Heavenly Divine Realm and above, with levels at the Five-layered Heaven Level or higher, extraordinarily mighty.
The Void Sky Domain was an illusory Great World ford from the projection of the Heavenly and Myriads of Realms, not just the Primordial Spirit could enter; as long as one had sufficient spiritual power, even those at the Acquired and Innate levels could enter. Otherwise, why would Huatian City be so bustling and noisy, as if it were the capital of mortals?
However, truly speaking, there were not a few strong individuals above the Martial God Realm; a sweep of Divine Thought could easily detect many individuals. This fact made the Hongtian Great Saint and others gasp in surprise, revealing the true terror of the Heavenly and Myriads of Realms.
"The Heavenly and Myriads of Realms are truly a terrifying place," sighed the Hongtian Great Saint. But even here, he was unafraid, for the presence of the Divine Spirit Realm, both in Tiandu Continent and the Heavenly and Myriads of Realms, was absolutely considered peerless, with not many being born, and certainly not crowded in the streets.
The Hongtian Great Saint could sense the powerful auras within Huatian City, especially sensitive to the presence of those in the Divine Spirit Realm. He could feel that there were at least more than a dozen such individuals here, more than in Tiandu Continent, each located within the Floating Divine Palaces, truly dominant figures of their domains.
This also relieved the others. Although there were more here than in Tiandu Continent, at least they weren’t excessively nurous, otherwise it would have been too terrifying, leaving no chance for resistance for the entire Tiandu Continent.
"Let’s split up and explore this realm individually; as long as we’re careful, we won’t run into trouble," Ye Chen suggested, receiving agreent from everybody including the Hongtian Great Saint.
Here, no one knew they ca from Tiandu Continent; it was a mix of all sorts, and as long as they kept a low profile, it was fine.
Moreover, those firmly standing for Tiandu Continent were just a small part of the Heavenly and Myriads of Realms. Many more held no enmity towards Tiandu Continent, including many beings from special worlds and dinsions.
The Hongtian Great Saint placed Primordial Spirit Imprints on several people; if they encountered trouble, he could be imdiately notified and act swiftly.
Looking around the entire Huatian City, he, as a Divine Spirit, certainly qualified as one of the top figures in this pyramid.
"In this world, I want to perfect my own Dao. Perhaps, even without Mr. Qian concocting the Ten Thousand Clearing Pill, I can heal my Dao injury and transcend," mused the Hongtian Great Saint as he disappeared into the crowds of Huatian City, seeking opportunities to complete his imperfect Dao.
Ye Chen also separated from the other Ancient Heroes, walking slowly alone down the streets, suddenly sighing deeply and with a self-mocking laugh: "I never expected that in this life, the first city I entered would still be Huatian City. Is it fate, or one person’s reincarnation?"
In a past life, the first place he had entered in the Void Sky Domain was Huatian City, and the sa was true in this life, causing him to doubt whether this too was a reincarnation.
Reincarnation was too mysterious, involving too much cause and effect, and no one could truly understand it, except perhaps the mythic Immortal Emperors, whose existence transcended the River of Ti, embodying the Supre, overseeing countless beings struggling in the river from above.
Before long, he arrived at the very center of Huatian City, where a pitch-black colossal tower stood, piercing through the nine-layered clouds—the Void Sky Tower!
The Void Sky Tower was hexagonal, sky-reaching and pitch-black, its walls engraved with various ancient animal designs, lifelike, and adorned with ancient Dark Gold patterns, giving off a mysterious texture.
Though only one hundred stories high, each level was exceedingly vast, towering even more so than many of the palaces and buildings in the city, its entirety even more massive than mountains, resembling a pitch-black Sky-reaching Pillar standing between heaven and earth, supporting the entire realm.
Although Huatian City was enormously vast and broad, this Void Sky Tower still looked imnsely large within Huatian City, making the powerful factions’ palaces seem insignificant by comparison.
This was a Challenge Tower, with a hundred stories representing a hundred challenges, each level guarded by a Guardian.
