Thief Dragon was not a true dragon, but rather the legendary Corpse-devouring Worm Emperor.
This creature, like the Dragon Sturgeon, belonged to the Mutant Species True Dragon, with pure True Dragon Treasure Blood flowing within its body.
However, unlike the Dragon Sturgeon that couldn’t cultivate, the Corpse-devouring Worm Emperor could.
Speaking of the Corpse-devouring Worm Emperor, it was necessary to ntion the Corpse-eating Worms which, as the na suggested, thrived by devouring corpses. It wasn’t until the cursing had faded away outside the Divine Island that Ye Chen released him, and said exasperatedly, "Tell , old ***k, what did you steal this ti that makes people want to kill you like that?"

Grabbing everything, Ye Chen confiscated them all, saying, "These aren’t yours, even if you were to steal, you shouldn’t take so much. I’ll help you return them tomorrow."
"No way, these are mine," Thief Dragon protested, rushing forward.

Ye Chen, without any courtesy, slapped him. With a deafening sound, it sent Thief Dragon flying, smashing into several palace columns before stopping, painfully grinning and muttering, "This bastard, why is his strength so terrifying in this life."
He was after all the strongest Combat Saint Body, with Holy Blood that harbored the Inner Essence of Dragon Origin and the characteristic of Nine Tribulations Gold—how could he not be terrifying? He was far more formidable than any other Combat Saint Body.

Then, with eyes shining, he rushed forward and grabbed Ye Chen by the arm, biting into it as he drooled profusely, "You damned brat, Lord Dragon here is a bit anemic lately, and you just happen to be a Holy Body with our Dragon Origin infused Dragon Blood for to drink a hundred or so pounds to solve my anemia."
Ye Chen, yet again, slapped him away, clanging loudly, unsurprisingly sending the Corpse-devouring Worm Emperor flying.
After a while, the Corpse-devouring Worm Emperor ca back, a bit fearful. How could this damned kid still be so formidable? It made it impossible for him, the dragon, to ss around; he was completely no match.
But eventually, he sauntered up, sat down grandly on a chair, crossed his legs in a human-dragon fashion, and said nonchalantly, "Speaking of which, Little Moonlight, how did you co back to life?"
Little Moonlight, a nickna the Corpse-devouring Worm Emperor had for Ye Chen due to his previous life being called Qian Yue, who also had a mysterious Moon Seal on his forehead.
Ye Chen didn’t mind, and said faintly, "Soone saved , and I was reborn."
"Just like that?" The Corpse-devouring Worm Emperor was flabbergasted. Could the plot be any simpler?
Ye Chen shrugged his shoulders, "If not like this, what else do you want?"
"..." Thief Dragon found itself at a loss for words.
"Speaking of which, how co you’re also here in the Taichu Sacred Land?" Ye Chen was curious.
"After you died, I followed Yaya here," the Corpse-devouring Worm Emperor answered simply, blandly, with no passion mid-way, though one could guess many things had happened; but now that everything was alright, that was what mattered the most.
Upon eting again, one human and one dragon eventually burst into laughter, their fist and dragon claw colliding.
Being alive to see each other again was better than anything.
The Corpse-devouring Worm Emperor said to Ye Chen, "Wait for for a mont."
Soon after, it returned with its hands full of several jugs of wine, opened them, and a fragrant, rich aroma wafted out, so intoxicating that even Saints would feel dizzied, truly a priceless immortal wine, incredibly precious.
Needless to say, that damned dragon had definitely stolen the immortal wine from the Sacred Land.

On Divine Island, a human and a dragon sat outside a palace by a lake, small pavilion surrounded by rippling waters, drinking wine and toasting the moon.

Suddenly, the Corpse-devouring Worm Emperor let out a wolf howl that startled countless people and birds in the Sacred Land, followed by a barrage of cursing, only stopping when Ye Chen slapped him again.
"Little Moonlight, after you left, Lord Dragon felt very lonely, unrivaled and desolate in the whole world.
