Chu Lingguang replied, cupping his hands.

"This is ridiculous! Your Blood Dragon Elephant is comparable to three or four Bloodline Dragon Elephants, and now you’ve awakened six Bloodline Dragon Elephants on top of that. Even if my Spear and Saber Techniques are a higher level than your Basic Spear Skill, it’s impossible for to beat you."

He could hear not only Hei Hu’s snores but also the breathing of Liu Qingqing and Du Juan. He heard the night watchman pass by the gate of the Martial Arts Hall. He could even hear the faint panting of the chickens and ducks huddled together in their coop near the laundry room.
Just then,
Chu Lingguang sensed an incandescent glow within the Martial Arts Hall.
It was coming from Guo Wei’s room.
He tried to listen for Guo Wei’s breathing but was blocked by the incandescent glow.
When his perception drew near, the glow erupted like a volcano. Only after he withdrew his senses did the glow return to its original state.
