Chu Lingguang handed the Spiritual Monkey to the sentry leader.

The sentry leader was afraid of losing the Spiritual Monkey.

The Spiritual Monkey had to be delivered to Mr. Du eventually. Whether soone else delivered it or he did it himself, Guo Wei would still get his share of the Essence Blood to drink.
As for returning to support Mo Shan’s group of four, Chu Lingguang genuinely intended to do so.
However, his strength was still far too weak compared to them.
He wasn’t qualified to fight alongside them. If he also got trapped in the encirclent, he would only beco a burden.

He imdiately dismounted and sat down cross-legged.
He used the Zhenyuan Technique to guide his Dantian Qi Sea Power, attempting to create a resonance with the external Wind and Wave Power and unlock the sixth layer of his Dharma Aspect.
He had mastered Double Potential Energy Superposition.
He could fuse Dragon Elephant Power and Wind and Wave Power into his Spear Technique. This was why, by channeling the Wind and Wave Power through his entire body to transform his Divine Image power, the process of awakening his Primitive Power ca naturally the mont he achieved enlightennt.
However, Chu Lingguang had never fused his Dantian Qi Sea Power with the Wind and Wave Power before.
While performing his Spear Technique, although Chu Lingguang could apply all three forces to his Long Spear simultaneously, he had never managed to make all three resonate at the sa ti.
Awakening his Primitive Power had only involved creating a resonance between his Dragon Elephant Power and the Wind and Wave Power.
Previously, the three powers coexisted by layering onto his Spear Technique, one on top of the other. While they didn’t repel each other, they were far from being completely fused.
This was especially true for the Dantian Qi Sea Power and the Wind and Wave Power. Under his control, they were rely applied to the Long Spear together, without ever fusing or resonating.
Now, for Chu Lingguang to try and unlock the sixth layer of his Dharma Aspect using these two powers was far more difficult than awakening his Primitive Power had been.
But having finally found a thod to unlock the sixth layer of his Dharma Aspect, how could Chu Lingguang possibly let the opportunity slip by?
When he realized he couldn’t use his consciousness to fuse the two powers or find their point of resonance, he stood up and began practicing the Basic Thirteen Spear Techniques on the mountaintop.
He used the point of Unity of Man and Gun to draw upon the Wind and Wave Power, trying to make his Dantian Qi Sea Power resonate with it through the Long Spear.
He vaguely rembered that the day he had acquired the Double Potential Energy Superposition ability, it was by fusing his Dragon Elephant Power and the Wind and Wave Power, even forming a faint resonance.
It was just that back then, his Dharma Aspect was too weak and his True Dragon Power had not yet awakened. Thus, he couldn’t guide the Wind and Wave Power to perate his body, form an infusion of Heaven and Earth Power, and show signs of awakening his Primitive Power.
Now that he had found the knack, he used his Spear Technique as a dium, trying to fuse his Dantian Qi Sea Power with the Wind and Wave Power and even create a resonance.
Though the current Chu Lingguang’s strength was far inferior to Yan Zhen’s and the Little Prince’s, he had experienced the Consciousness Attack from the Dragon Claw Tree. His ntal Realm had reached Great Success, allowing him to remain calm at all tis.
Calmness made him wise.
Furthermore, having undergone a Washing Marrow, the responses from within his body were slowly being awakened.
Unconsciously, Chu Lingguang finally managed to fuse his Dantian Qi Sea Power and the Wind and Wave Power within his Long Spear.

A casual sweep of his spear carried the Wind and Wave Power and was also fused with his Dantian Qi Sea Power. At that mont, his Sea of Qi Power, just like his Dragon Elephant Power before it, was doubled.
Although he only had the power of soone at the Minor Achievent level of the Dantian, with the double superposition, the power of Chu Lingguang’s strike was even stronger than that of a typical expert at the Great Success level of the Qi Sea.
