In a war between two empires, the Cyan Yuan Sect couldn’t possibly remain uninvolved and would have to make preparations. For instance, the intervention of a third powerful nation could make both sides hesitate, or a National Guardian Martial Saint could suppress the conflict, forcing a stalemate.
If a National Guardian Martial Saint appeared on the border, it would be difficult for the two empires to engage in all-out war. That would only be possible if the National Guardian Martial Saints of either side were to suffer casualties.
