Sect Leader Liu Xuan of the Cyan Yuan Sect naturally noticed this and shouted the reminder. Even over the trendous roar of the Qingyuan River vortex, his voice bood like a great bell, ringing in every Cyan Yuan Sect disciple’s ears. The thunderous words helped dispel much of their anxiety.
Gu An and the other Inner Masters, however, were not so affected. While an Inner Master’s cultivation was not enough to destroy such a natural disaster, it was more than sufficient to ensure their own survival. They felt no fear, only vigilance.
The great ship sailed through the vortex. The bright sunlight vanished, replaced by a gloomy light. Though it was not completely dark, the difference in illumination was imnse.
The several hundred Cyan Yuan Sect disciples now found themselves in the outer region of Taiyin Heaven. They imdiately heard the sounds of close-quarters combat—the clang of clashing swords and sabers.
Everyone reacted in an instant. People were fighting, and by the sound of it, quite a few of them.
Gu An’s brow furrowed slightly. He hadn’t expected the conflict in Taiyin Heaven to erupt so quickly, let alone on such a large scale.
He had heard that in the Silver State’s Thousand Feather Secret Realm, things had been relatively restrained, with no clashes involving over a thousand people.
The current situation, however, far surpassed that.
A great many people had entered Taiyin Heaven, well over a thousand already. The only strange thing was that the strongest fighters were only at the External Refining Steel Level.
The External Iron Bone Refining and Inner Master experts were nowhere to be seen.
