Ling Qiyue’s expression shifted slightly. She quickly retrieved a palm-sized Ancient Bronze Mirror from her Storage Pouch and channeled her Magical Power into it.
"This Magical Artifact was also found in the ruins. It can show scenes from different areas of the Immortal Mansion. The only downside is that it’s temperantal."
As she spoke, Ling Qiyue tried several tis before a blurry image finally appeared on the mirror’s surface.
In the image, several blurry, dark figures flickered past and vanished.
"Just as I thought. Intruders have gotten in!"
Ling Qiyue frowned. ’So that disturbance from before must have been those guys triggering an Array Restriction in the Immortal Mansion Ruins.’
"So what should we do now?"
Ling Changqing asked, his expression not particularly tense.
Ling Qiyue said, "This is their first ti breaking in, so they can’t be familiar with the inside of the Immortal Mansion Ruins. They’re bound to run into all sorts of dangers."
"By the ti they manage to get through the outer areas, they’ll have lost at least a dozen lives!"
"As for what cos next, it’ll all depend on how fast we can move!"
Even if everything went smoothly for them, those people would have to pay a hefty price to track the two of them to their current location.
"Alright then. Let’s just focus on what we’re doing and ignore them for now,"

"Is there a way to open it?"

Ling Qiyue took a palm-sized, simple and unadorned silver token from her Storage Pouch and said,
"Qiu Yao found this last ti when we were searching the outer areas of the ruins. But we were both injured back then, so we didn’t go any deeper!"
After a mont’s hesitation, she placed the token in Ling Changqing’s hand.
"Junior Brother, your Luck and Fortune are stronger. Perhaps if you try, the chances of opening the gate will be higher?"
"Then let try!"
Ling Changqing didn’t refuse. He took the silver token and walked toward the gate.

A series of faint tremors ca from beneath the ground, and the light of the Silver Gate quietly dimd.
Then, the heavy gate slowly parted from the center, retracting into the walls on either side.
Behind the giant gate was another corridor, but this one was wider and paved with unfamiliar, pale silver flagstones.
Ling Changqing observed for a mont, then wrapped his arm around Ling Qiyue’s waist and walked inside, one step at a ti.
The Era Star Palace in his sea of consciousness lit up slightly. A stream of profound and cryptic information quietly flowed into his Divine Soul.
In Ling Qiyue’s eyes, the young man beside her walked in fits and starts, cautiously avoiding the flagstones with complex patterns and stepping only on the blank ones.
Sotis, Ling Changqing would pull her back without any warning, walking a hundred paces or so before circling around via a different route.
They left one fork in the road after another behind them, passing through several halls filled with chests and cases shimring with Spiritual Light, as well as Jade Scroll Books.
But Ling Changqing was unmoved. He led Ling Qiyue straight past them without a single glance.
"All these things are vicious traps. The kind you can’t possibly escape once you fall in. Let’s just leave them for the guys behind us!"
Ling Changqing explained. In the senses of his Era Star Palace, these places were all filled with a dark Curse and Resentnt Qi. The terrifying killing intent was so thick it was almost tangible; he feared even a Nascent Soul True Monarch would have to tread carefully.
"Junior Brother, how can you tell?"
After walking for more than an hour, Ling Qiyue finally couldn’t help but ask.
