Ling Changqing glanced over his shoulder to see two Female Cultivators in colorful robes and red skirts riding their Flying Swords, rushing toward him.

He couldn't help but feel frustrated. 'I've already disguised my face and changed into these magnificent black robes. How am I still getting noticed?'
With a re thought, the Flying Sword beneath Ling Changqing's feet erupted in a silver glow and shot off into the distance at high speed.
"...Fellow Daoist, why are you running? Wait a minute! Could you be Ling Changqing?"
The two Female Cultivators were stunned for a mont, then, suddenly overjoyed, they pushed their swords to top speed and gave chase.
"Hey! Fellow Daoist Ling, don't go! We have sothing for you!"
"Fellow Daoist Ling, we're from the Direct Lineage of the Yu Family! Our ancestor wants to take you as a son-in-law!"
However, regardless of their threats and promises, the unfamiliar cultivator ahead didn't respond. In the blink of an eye, he vanished without a trace.
"Little Sister Yu'Er, what was that all about?"
Another large contingent of cultivators descended from the sky, and the man in the lead asked.
The dejected-looking Female Cultivator replied helplessly, "I suspect that cultivator was Ling Changqing. Unfortunately, he was too fast. We couldn't catch him!"
"Was it really him?"
The man looked surprised. "Then let's all follow and take a look. He must be heading toward the Luoying Mountain Range!"
"Right, let's go together!"
The Female Cultivator said resentfully, "When we catch him, I'm going to ask that guy to his face: I'm not so hideous monster, so does he really need to be that scared of ?"
