Ace saunter in the Runic Forge City. Since Eleanor wasn't with him, he didn't need to show much restraint. But what he witnessed in that room was still on his mind.

As Ace observed the cultivators walking around the marbled streets of Runic Forge City's inner region, he saw many beings of different races, so familiar and so completely unfamiliar.

But Ace also discovered that there wasn't any demon or devil among them, making him wonder if they weren't allowed in the righteous path territories since they were naturally considered evil. Nonetheless, it matters little to Ace since he wasn't here for sightseeing.

There were also large carriages that were moving on their own, and to Ace's surprise, his law thief sense couldn't see inside those carriages, which ans they were made with sothing that could block the senses of even an Ascension Master!

After a while, Ace had enough, so he decided to head towards the Trinity Lord Workshop in the inner city's western district.

But when Ace reached this area, he was stopped because he saw the buildings here were much more lavish and sowhat different from the rest of the city. A translucent barrier closed this area, and there was only one entrance, which was guarded by guards.

Ace beca curious and decided to observe for a distance as he pretended to check out the shop's front.

After observing, he mused, 'What's going on? Is this so restricted area? Only those carriages pass through, and those guards check them. What kind of place did that Raven guy send to?"

After sticking there for a while, Ace decided to gather so more information. Since all the cultivators here were much stronger than him, he couldn't risk using the soul probe, so he had to do it the old-fashioned way.

So, he decided to enter the shop in front of him, which was actually an alchemy shop. It seed quite out of place in the city of forgers and sowhat 'unpopular, given its current desolate state.

When Ace entered the shop, his impression was 'plain. There weren't any displays of alchemy items like the other shops, and there weren't any custors. He saw a little girl around ten years old dozing off behind a wooden counter. From her cute and delicate features, with furry cat ears on her head, Ace knew she was a magic beast that had morphed into human form.

Although her transformation was still not at the level of Winter, where one couldn't tell if Winter was a human or a magic beast, she was still at quite a high level.

The Magic Beast Race in the Mortal Ascension Heaven has a very high standing because of their numbers and their ancient bloodlines.

Magic Beasts followed a strict hierarchy of bloodlines more than any other race. So, those magic beasts with powerful and ancient bloodlines were well protected, and not many dared harm them since the magic beasts were crazy and went to any lengths to protect those with such bloodlines.

Furthermore, magic beasts were extrely hostile to the Beast Tars or anyone who ford beast contracts with a beast since they considered it slavery. As a result, they were constantly at war and in conflict with each other.

Still, they were constantly hunted by beast tars and evil paths because of their blood and beast cores. Even the righteous path secretly took part in it and nurtured many beast tars because they were terrifyingly strong as long as they could ta a magic beast with so rare bloodline.

Ace wasn't expecting to see a transford humanoid magic beast in this shop, but he was only curious.

At this mont, the little cat ear girl's ears suddenly twitched as she seed to notice Ace's footsteps and closed eyes snapped open, revealing extrely beautiful big amber eyes with slit pupils.

She instantly turned towards Ace's direction. When she saw Ace, her beastly cat eyes instantly lit up, and she quickly waved off her droll from the corner of her mouth and sat straight.

"Welco to Feline Alchemy Shop, y' bastard!" Her voice was crisp and cute, and she had a tingle of bashfulness as she looked at Ace.

But Ace was startled when he heard the 'Bastard' at the end and almost looked behind. He thought she was talking to soone else, but he knew there wasn't anyone there besides him.

He pointed at himself and asked doubtfully, "Did you call 'bastard"?"

The little cat girl beca even more bashful as she replied with a nod, "Yes. That's what Big Sister Zaria taught Leah. She said if there is a man, Leah should greet him as 'Y' Bastard' and if it's a female, then 'Y' Bitch: She said it's the correct way to show

respect!"

Dark lines almost appeared on Ace's forehead when he heard this. He never expected there would be soone teaching these things to kids, and he started to understand why this shop didn't have any custors.

"You can't call others bastard or bitch, this is very disrespectful." Ace quickly corrected her since he almost saw Cyrus and Chuchu's shadows in this little girl, Leah.

Ace knew magic beasts were like humans, as they were born with the innocence of humans, but unlike humans, they were very loyal. So, when he saw that this little girl was being led astray by Big Sister Zaria, he felt the urge to correct her.

Leah eyes suddenly flashed a strange light as she quickly replied, "Oh, Big Sister Zaria also said that if soone says this to Leah, I should say, Go Eat. Shit, Y' Bastard!" Ace was speechless as his expression went dark. He suppressed his urge to smack Leah's head, but he knew it was all Big Sister Zaria's fault.

He smiled stiffly, "Where is your Big Sister Zaria? Call her out."

Leah eyes brightened even more as she beca excited and asked, "Really, y' bastard?"

Ace took a deep breath and seriously said, "Yes, and you should call Big Brother, not y' bastard anymore, alright?"

Leah beca even happier as she replied, "Oh, Big Sister Zaria said that if soone asked Leah to call him Big Brother, I should reply, 'Eat Shit, Pervy Old Dog!"

'I really want to et this Big Sister Zaria now!' A vein protruded on Ace's temple at this mont, as he had never thought he would be called a 'Pervy Old Dog' by a little girl in his life.

Still, looking at Leah's innocent expression, he couldn't get angry at her, and he knew this little girl had been brainwashed by this Zaria character.

"So, call your Sister Zaria?" Ace stiffly said, no longer trying to correct Leah as he didn't want to know what kind of arsenal of 'shit' Zaria had prepared to counter them. This ti, Leah didn't throw any foul words and replied excitedly, "Please wait. Big Sister Zaria told that she was going to kick the Pervy Dog's ass in the Shit Shop across the road because he didn't pay protection money this month."

Ace was speechless when he heard this unexpected reply. He thought, Protection money? Is this Zaria a thug like those guys back in the slums, and this city allowed it?" Just as Ace was starting to consider leaving this strange shop, the door of the shop opened with a bang, and a tall, voluptuous figure adorned in an opulent dress entered the shop. I er black hair was short, and her face was charming and fair. Her eyes were just like Leah's, amber, yet there was no hint of innocence in them.

She held a long, exquisite golden tobacco pile with dragon engraving in her slender, fair hand, and a steam of smoke rose from it. Her aura was fierce and nacing, giving others dread despite her charming appearance.

The woman had a massive grin on her charming face as her crass, wanton laughter filled with triumphed rang the entire shop, "Hahahaha... little Leah, warm the wine for this Boss Lady's victorious return!"
