It was not the sound of a Magic Cannon, but a more awe-inspiring roar.
“Is that the sound of vast energy collisions? What exactly is happening?”
William’s clouded pupils contracted, quickly looking behind him.
Under the enveloping night, more than twenty agile figures like teors were frantically attacking the rear of the Absolute Defense Barrier.
“Could it be more than twenty Tier 5 powerhouses? Dreadful, that’s the weakest point of the barrier!”
William’s old face was full of shock, blurting out.
Before he could continue thinking, around him, several magicians from the Magic Legion, who provided energy to the Absolute Defense Barrier, all paled and fell, spitting blood, evidently backlashed by exhausting their mana completely.
