It wasn’t until Gannon’s voice rang out again that the Black-robed Person Number 1 managed to support himself and kneel back down to the ground, breathing heavily with an expression full of terror.
At the sa ti, a trace of resentnt appeared in the cloudy eyes of Black-robed Person Number 1. Because of that despicable Otherworlder, he had suffered such a dreadful punishnt, worse than death! No matter what, that Otherworld scum must die!
"Number 1, continue with your report."
Gannon the Ninth inhaled the nauseating burnt sll in the air with a face full of enjoynt, as if it were the most wonderful scent in the world, and spoke leisurely.
"As you command, Supre Lord."
Black-robed Person Number 1’s shoulders kept trembling as he continued to gasp for breath: "Ever since killing that waste Sevyn and defeating the Grand Army of the Grimm Kingdom, the montum of that despicable Otherworlder has grown even stronger. They have joined forces with the Ironhand Archipelago and The Deep Green Kingdom to advance in three directions towards us. How should we respond next?"
"I’m already aware of the situation. The resilience of the Otherworlder is indeed surprising. It’s been a long ti since I encountered such an exciting opponent."
Gannon the Ninth’s lips curled into a smile as he twisted his neck into a bizarre angle, and sinisterly said: "This is truly a delightful affair, using the flesh and blood of this despicable heretic to usher in a new era; quite a fitting choice."
"The Supre Lord’s words are most insightful."
With his breathing slightly eased, Black-robed Person Number 1 added: "Additionally, according to the latest intelligence, that despicable heretic has not only t with representatives from the rcenary Guild and the Alchemist Guild, persuading both to remain neutral, but those foolish Dragons couldn’t do him any harm, and instead fled in defeat."
"With the sharp tongue of that despicable heretic, keeping the rcenary Guild and Alchemist Guild neutral was within my expectations. The reason I sent requests for an expedition to both parties was rely to keep them as bystanders. Once the Otherworld scum is dealt with, they will be next."
Gannon the Ninth remained unfazed, shrugged, and said: "As for those red Flying Lizards, they’re just a minor side amusent, nothing significant."
"The Supre Lord’s insight is divine; I am deeply impressed."
The flickering candlelight in the Gloomy Hall cast shadows of Black-robed Person Number 1, who was still kneeling.
He lowered his head respectfully and asked, "With the enemy advancing in three routes, how should we respond?"
"Very simple, let them co in."
Gannon the Ninth’s voice carried a thick tone of murderous intent as he replied: "Saves the trouble of seeking them out one by one."
"Supre Lord, do you an to catch them in a trap?"
Black-robed Person Number 1’s cloudy eyes lit up, and he suddenly understood.
"Exactly, I’ve laid an inescapable net over the Grimm Kingdom. We’re not afraid of them attacking, only afraid they won’t co."
Gannon the Ninth’s lips curled into another bizarre arc, he said coldly: "Then there will be entertainnt to watch, hoping they can amuse a little longer."
"Hehe, I can’t wait to see their miserable faces."
Mockery filled Black-robed Person Number 1’s cloudy eyes, before frowning and remarking: "By the way, Supre Lord, it seems that the Otherworld heretic also possesses the Power of Divine Grace..."
"I’m aware of that, no need to concern."
Gannon the Ninth waved his hand dismissively, saying with contempt: "I am truly the Son of God, he will soon understand the true difference and despair. His soldiers and his power are insignificant before !"
"The Supre Lord’s might is boundless, I can’t wait to see that Otherworld scum beg for rcy in despair."
Black-robed Person Number 1 quickly echoed, with a disdaining tone.
After a pause, Black-robed Person Number 1 asked again: "How should we handle the Grimm Kingdom?"
"Though old William’s death is sowhat regrettable, as I’ve lost a compliant pawn, I’ve already supported a new pawn who will entirely heed my command."
Although Gannon the Ninth spoke of regret, his tone was full of indifference, he toyed: "After all, the Grimm Kingdom is just a part of the ’Divine Plan’, nothing special. Since those believers are eager for the Temple of Light, how could I betray their trust? Naturally, I will make good use of them."
"They will beco stepping stones towards our new era, dying with purpose."
With that, Gannon the Ninth’s reckless and sinister laughter echoed throughout the Gloomy Hall, causing the already weak candlelight to flicker even more.
After a while, Gannon the Ninth looked back at Black-robed Person Number 1 and said lazily: "Rember, it was the Otherworld scum who targeted the ’innocent’ Priests. Our Temple of Light is the ’innocent’ and ’pitiful’ party. To ’maintain’ peace in the Human World, we are ’forced’ to retaliate against that Otherworld scum."
"In other words, the reputation of the Temple of Light must be preserved; this is vital for the official kickoff of the ’Divine Plan’. Only by having the majority of the Human World on our side can everything proceed smoothly without a hitch."
Gannon the Ninth’s voice was filled with nace, he chuckled sinisterly: "I want them not just to revere , but to erect monunts for even as they die."
"The Supre Lord is truly amazing; your words have stirred with excitent."
Black-robed Person Number 1 evidently recovered from the punishnt just received, he chuckled sinisterly in response.
"Furthermore, the ’Retrograde Ritual’ is essentially complete, the collection of ’materials’ must be expedited, don’t let a lack of ’materials’ delay the process."
Gannon the Ninth, in an idle manner, reminded once more: "Only by increasing the supply of ’materials’ will the erging Rebel Disciples beco stronger."
"Rest assured, Supre Lord, the scale of those ’materials’ being raised is constantly expanding; the accompanying ancient Demon Beast research is progressing smoothly, the previous results from Devouring Sli and Blood Red Sandworm were indeed promising."
Black-robed Person Number 1 chuckled and responded promptly: "I will not disappoint the Supre Lord; rest assured, the materials will be properly motivated."
"Very good, moreover, the conversion of those Grimm Kingdom soldiers at Sunset Fortress went very well; they are excellent tools for warfare. Our previous hypothesis about activating engravings within soldiers through large-scale barrier at Coldfla Kingdom has been verified."
Gannon the Ninth glanced at Black-robed Person Number 1, and said blandly: "You understand my aning, don’t you?"
"Rest assured, Supre Lord, I know how to proceed. Combining the two will inevitably produce unimaginable amusing effects."
Black-robed Person Number 1 grinned, nodding and bowing: "The new barrier is already being constructed, enough to cover the entire Grimm Kingdom. This ti, it won’t appear at the local branch halls of the Temple of Light; the Otherworlder won’t detect it."

With that said, the two simultaneously laughed sinisterly again.
The wild and grim laughter echoed freely in the vast hall, making the already dismal atmosphere even more ominous.
After a while, Gannon the Ninth’s voice sounded again, full of mockery: "Despicable Otherworld scum, I have set everything up, just waiting for you to co."
"Hehehe, at that ti, I will show you what true despair is."
