Though only one Corrosion was parasitic on them, each Corrosion was linked to the Ruins Returner. In a sense, they were resisting the entire Corrosion with their will.
As Leo Ray thought about this, the old General Divine Stone, Peter, suddenly spat a mouthful of black blood, his paper-white face losing all color as he staggered and fell heavily to the ground.
Not only Peter, but Amanda and another General Divine Stone also fell one after another, viscous black blood gushing from their bloodless lips, their faces filled with indescribable pain and tornt.
Since it all happened so suddenly, everyone present looked at each other, while Leo Ray, without hesitation, lifted the nearest old General Divine Stone, intending to activate the Tier 6 Healing Scroll that appeared in his hand.
