"Watch out!" Rainn and Cheryl both shouted at Aiden at the sa ti.
Aiden reacted quickly and jumped high into the air, avoiding the sudden attack.
Because of the bad luck he had been having lately, he was always on high alert, so he could sense sothing was wrong right away.
As soon as he landed, Aiden imdiately used his detection skill and got so basic information about the lost Miko.

Cheryl held a two-ter-long giant wand and stopped herself from rushing into the shop.
"Sister, your speed is too fast," Cheryl said, shaking her head in frustration.
Rainn didn’t respond. Instead, she looked at Aiden and asked, "Are you okay?"
Aiden shook his head. He looked at the dead Miko inside the shop and frowned in thought.
"This guy used a skill with no warning at all."
"That’s definitely a problem. But considering he’s a level 60 monster, his HP is really low. That’s a weakness," Aiden thought to himself.
But Rainn was able to kill the lost Miko in one hit. Her power was impressive.
The last ti Aiden t Rainn, she was badly injured and couldn’t fight. He didn’t really know how strong she was.

Rainn took a deep breath and gripped her wand tightly. She nodded.
It was probably that kind of situation. Whatever had happened ant there was sothing wrong inside Miko City.
That was definitely not a good sign.
"Ha ha," Aiden heard a soft laugh.
He looked at Cheryl and asked, "Why are you laughing?"
Cheryl turned around, looking confused. "I didn’t laugh. Did you hear wrong?"
Aiden was surprised. He was sure the laugh ca from Cheryl’s direction.
Was it an illusion?
But there was no white fog here.
"Ha ha," the laugh ca again.
This ti, Cheryl looked at her sister Rainn and asked, "Why are you laughing, sister?"
Rainn’s eyes narrowed and she quickly said, "No, it’s not laughing."
Aiden’s face suddenly changed. He also heard the laugh this ti, and it ca from Rainn’s side!
His hair stood on end, his pupils widened, and he shouted, "Sothing’s wrong. There’s danger!"
Cheryl and Rainn reacted quickly. Without hesitation, they rushed to Aiden’s side.
The three of them stayed alert and looked around, but strangely, there was no sign of anything strange.
Rainn looked at Aiden’s serious face but said nothing.
But Cheryl couldn’t help but whisper, "There’s nothing here. Did I hear it wrong earlier?"
Aiden didn’t answer. His mind was working fast.

Aiden followed her eyes and saw a gray-white shadow moving quickly along with Rainn.

"Next ti, I at least need to get an Epic detection skill book!" Aiden quickly thought to himself.
His shielding technique was an Epic-level Black Tortoise Shielding Technique, and for now, it was enough.

"For now, we’re safe. Our luck is really bad," Rainn said with a sad smile. She took Cheryl from Aiden.
Rainn looked very worried. She took out a few pieces of Soul Essence and imdiately started healing the unconscious Cheryl.
