Rumble!
The ground shook, and countless bits of dust fell from the top of the tunnel.
Marcus looked serious as he moved through the darkness toward the yellow-brown light ahead.
"Captain, what happened? Was that an earthquake?" one of the soldiers finally asked.
Marcus did not answer. He just kept urging them, "Quick, keep up with Aiden!"
At once, a bad feeling rose in the hearts of the Red Dwarves royal guard soldiers.
By this ti, Aiden had already reached the Grey Rat Monster, which had stopped digging the tunnel.
"Shh." The Grey Rat Monster made a gesture for silence.
Aiden did not know what was happening, so he imdiately took a deep breath and focused on sensing the area carefully.
But strangely, everything around them was completely quiet. Even the insects in the soil had curled up and were not moving at all.
"Don’t make too much noise. We’ve run into an Earth Dragon," the Grey Rat Monster said in a very low voice, so low that it was almost impossible to hear clearly.

Marcus then added in a low voice, "Earth Dragons are very powerful. Every adult one has strength comparable to a Demon Duke."

Earth Dragons ca from the AbyssDragon Clan?
Aiden completely ignored Marcus’s second warning. All his attention was on the part of the Legendary about the Earth Dragon.

The reason Marcus had sensed danger so quickly was because he had seen an Earth Dragon riot before.

"Mr.Aiden, could your pet be mistaken?"
"Earth Dragons are the most dangerous the Abyss creatures in this underground area," Marcus asked hesitantly.

When Marcus slled the scent in the tunnel, his brows imdiately tightened. His body bent forward slightly, as if he were about to gag.
Aiden, however, did not react much. To him, the sll from the Grey Rat Monster was actually not that bad. It was not especially unpleasant.
After seeing Marcus’s reaction, Aiden thought to himself, "No wonder the Red Dwarves dislike Grey Rat Monster so much."
