"Is it true?! Nations are falling one after another!" one soldier shouted, his voice trembling with disbelief.

"Those—those motherfucking zombies are taking the offensive!" another cried, slamming his fist against a table.

"And us... are we dood too?" whispered a third, his words barely audible over the hum of the base’s ergency systems.

The room fell into uneasy silence, broken only by the constant chatter of urgent radio reports.

Fear hung thick in the air, seeping into every corner of the command center.

Before this, even in tis of war, the leaders and presidents of each nation could rely on ticulous planning, hardened fortifications, and the rigid discipline of their militaries.

But this... this was beyond any scenario they had prepared for.

There were no battle plans for an enemy that could not be reasoned with, that did not tire, and that multiplied faster than any human could count.

Every strategic advantage they had counted on suddenly seed aningless.

What made the situation even more terrifying was how quickly the zombies were evolving.

With each skirmish, they adapted.

Faster movent, greater strength, enhanced senses, and in so horrifying instances, intelligence that seed almost human.

Soldiers reported seeing patterns in the zombies’ attacks—coordinated movents, ambushes, even rudintary tactics that hinted at planning rather than instinct.

Reports flooded in from across the globe. Entire cities had fallen.

Military units once considered elite were being wiped out in hours.

Supply lines were destroyed, communication networks collapsed, and panic was spreading faster than the undead themselves.

Each incoming ssage painted an ever-bleaker picture, and the soldiers in the base began to realize the true scale of the disaster.

Faces went pale. Hands shook.

So soldiers sat silently, staring at screens that displayed wave after wave of destruction, unable to process the enormity of what was happening.

Others muttered curses under their breath, blaming leaders, fate, or themselves for the chaos that had consud the world.

The weight of despair settled over the base like a suffocating fog.

What they were facing was not just a battle—they were witnessing the collapse of civilization itself.

Every passing mont, the undead advanced further, and the realization that humanity might not survive this apocalypse gnawed at the hearts of every soldier present.

And yet, despite the fear, a quiet determination lingered in so corners of the room.

Even in the face of overwhelming odds, the spark of survival remained.

But whether that spark would be enough to withstand an enemy evolving faster than they could respond... no one could say.

While everyone else in the base was paralyzed by fear and despair, June refused to give in.

She clenched her fists, her eyes burning with determination amidst the chaos surrounding her.

The cries of the injured, the frantic shouts of soldiers, and the unrelenting groans of the advancing undead filled the air, yet she refused to let it break her resolve.

"Ross! I need you—right now!" she shouted, her voice slicing through the panic.

Almost imdiately, Ross appeared, as if answering her call before she had even finished.

His sudden arrival brought a flicker of hope to those who had nearly given up.

The re sight of him seed to steady trembling hands and calm racing hearts.

"Please... save everyone you can!" June pleaded, her voice shaking, but filled with unyielding determination.

"Don’t worry. Leave it to ," Ross replied calmly, his gaze unwavering and focused. Then, without another word, he sprang into action.

What followed was almost beyond comprehension. Ross moved with inhuman speed, blinking in and out of the base with terrifying precision.

Every ti he appeared, he carried dozens of people with him—civilians and soldiers alike—sweeping them out of danger before the zombies even realized what was happening.

He disappeared and reappeared again and again, the process repeating faster than anyone could follow.

Hours seed to pass in re monts as Ross worked tirelessly.

Buildings that had seed dood were cleared, trapped survivors were rescued, and squads cut off by the undead were brought to safety.

Every movent was deliberate and perfect, every decision precise.

The sheer scale of his efforts left the soldiers in awe—and terrified.

They whispered among themselves that he must be so kind of monster, sothing far beyond human.

Though his body showed signs of strain—the faint slump of his shoulders, the occasional slow blink—he never slowed down.

In those few relentless hours, he saved thousands of lives.

Each blink brought more survivors, each calculated strike ensured none were lost.

The people who had been monts from death now clung to life because of him.

Finally, when the last groups of survivors were safely removed and the imdiate threat temporarily held at bay, Ross allowed himself to collapse.

He fell to his knees and then to the ground, seemingly utterly spent in front of everyone.

Gasps ran through the crowd; soldiers and civilians alike rushed to him, fearing the worst.

So knelt beside him, trying to lift him, while others simply stared, their mouths open in awe and disbelief.

But little did anyone know, that collapse was nothing more than an act.

Behind the exhaustion they saw was a mind and body still fully in control—calculating, analyzing, and prepared for whatever danger ca next.

The act of weakness concealed the true depth of his power, leaving the witnesses convinced they had glimpsed his limits... when in reality, he had barely begun to show what he was truly capable of.

Even as he lay on the ground, the energy around him subtly pulsed, a silent reminder that Ross was not rely a savior—he was a force of nature, a hidden storm waiting to strike again, and no one in the base would ever see the world the sa way again.

"Oh... I’m going to enjoy reaping the benefits of my sacrifice," Ross thought to himself, a faint, almost mischievous smile tugging at the corners of his lips.

On the outside, he appeared utterly exhausted, slumped on the ground, his chest rising and falling in shallow breaths.
