On the other side, Liora did not know what was going on inside the seal.
The space around her fluctuated as she jumped through it again and again, leaving the Demon God and the seal behind her.
It was only several minutes later, when she was far away from the two, that she finally ca to a stop.
Surveying her surroundings and sensing no danger, she slowly descended and landed on the ground.
The mont she did, her pale face imdiately regained its color.
Her fluctuating aura beca unfathomable once again, showing none of the weakness from before.
Her eyes shone brightly, filled with excitent.
"What a steal. Has the Demon God gone crazy from solitude?"
"He gave all that for such a little amount of Nothingness?", Liora couldn’t help but shake her head, feeling that the Demon God had underestimated her.
With her connection to the Land of Nothingness, Liora could manipulate the power of Nothingness at will.
With just a call, boundless Nothingness could descend into this world without her paying any price.
The amount of Nothingness that the Demon God asked for was minimal. Liora would actually spend hundreds of tis more every ti she used Nothingness to fight.
So, for her, this was more profitable than even robbery. The Demon God had suffered a great loss by giving her ten Wisps of Ti and countless materials.
Of course, Liora understood that this was a matter of perspective. For her, the power of Nothingness was nothing, but for the Demon God, it was his lifeline and hope of breaking free.
As long as he could achieve this goal, he wouldn’t hesitate to pay any price, no matter how high it may be.
"However, is that guy really sealed?", Liora suddenly frowned.
Although everything suggested so, she had a reason to strongly doubt it.
Could such a small amount of Nothingness really break the seal imprisoning a powerful Greater Devil? She didn’t believe so.
Yet, ultimately, this didn’t matter.
She and the Demon God were not enemies, at least for now.
Even if he was plotting sothing and had so great conspiracy, it would not be targeted at her.
If anyone ought to be worried, it should be the nine Divine Clans. After all, the Demon God was bound to try and get revenge.
"Since I can’t advance to a Greater Devil, I have to focus on improving my combat power instead."
"To do so, so risks are bound to be taken."
"Overall, the benefits of cooperating with the Demon God far outweigh the potential risks. In the worst-case scenario, I will just leave this world."
This was an advantage that Liora held over her opponents.
As long as she wished to, she could always choose to give up. On the other hand, natives like the Demon God had no such choice.
After analyzing the situation and confirming that she had not made any major mistakes, Liora stopped thinking about it.
Engraving a small defensive formation around her, she sat on the ground, and her consciousness poured into the space ring she had just received.
Instantly, a small droplet flew out and stopped in front of her face.
It glistened with a bright but illusory color and caused many fragnted images to form in her mind.
The sound of waves pushing forward rang in her mind, forcing Liora’s eyes to beco confused for so ti.
It was only a few seconds later that she finally recovered.
When she did, her eyes narrowed, and she took a deeper look at the Wisp of Ti. Soon, she let out a sigh.
"It deserves to be an item related to the power of ti. I’m afraid that the rumors of it being a drop from the River of Ti are not baseless.", she whispered.
The Demon God had ntioned during their previous deal that the Wisp of Ti’s main function was to help people "return" to their past state.
However, Liora scoffed at this idea.
The Wisp of Ti could indeed be used like that, but doing so would be a complete waste of it.
In fact, the reason why this item was so precious was not because of its functions per se, but because it contained the power of ti.
As long as one studied it, there was a small chance that they would be able to get into contact with this power.
"The power of ti might prove helpful."
"If things are indeed as I thought, then it might break the balance during the future confrontation."
Thinking of this, Liora had the urge to conduct research on the Wisp of Ti as soon as possible.
However, she quickly shook her head.
Now was not the ti. The Wisps of Ti would not go anywhere.
There would be more opportunities to conduct research in the future. For now, she had to deal with sothing else first.
After she placed the Wisp of Ti back into the pool, Liora did not rise to her feet. Instead, her consciousness reached into the space ring once again and took the materials stored inside out.
Precious tals, the blood of demons and other powerful beings, as well as countless fragnts of Demon Weapons soon turned into a miniature mountain in front of her.
Seeing them, Liora did not waste any ti.
Her Demon Weapon erged, and after a spin, it began devouring these materials.
If it were in the past, such a process would have taken months, if not years, to complete.
But fortunately, the umbrella was now a Demon Saint weapon.
Its digestive abilities had improved significantly. Coupled with Liora’s own imnse strength, the ti required to digest these resources was bound to be much shorter.
Adding the fact that Liora did not have to fight against the Demon Weapon’s influence, her rate of improvent was unmatched by ordinary Divine Race mbers.
Material after material was quickly broken down and beca nourishnt for the black umbrella, as each of them brought an incrental increase in its quality.
