A sharp pain, one that seed to directly target both her body and her soul assaulted her.
Liora finally grasped the difficulty of this test.
Most other Greater Devils would have given up if they were to face her current situation.
Fortunately, Liora had beco numb to pain long ago.
Coupled with the small, yet noticeable, improvent of her physical strength, Liora did not choose to give up.
She could feel that her body was gradually becoming more perfect.
Although the improvent in strength was small, the aforentioned perfection quickly made her feel addicted.
Without even opening her eyes, she continued operating the Crimson Annihilation Technique, striking her cells with the countless imaginary hamrs.

Liora truly lost track of ti.
She was completely imrsed in the rapid transformation of her life level, causing her to ignore the world around her.
Besides having part of her mind sense incoming dangers, she didn’t pay much attention to the outside world.
Under such a condition, ti quickly passed.
One day, two days, three days...
One month, two months, three months...
In the blink of an eye, almost a year had passed within the range covered by the stone tablet.
It was only then that Liora, for the first ti during this period, finally opened her eyes.
A faint clang echoed from her body, as if the sharpest sword had completed its forging process and was about to be born.
Her body shone.
Under the observation of her consciousness, she discovered that her cells were being rapidly rearranged, like the puzzle she had solved during the first trial.
A mont later, when the process was completed, the extraordinary phenona finally vanished.
Liora took a deep breath.
A bright light flickered within her pupils, which struck at the space before her and caused faint cracks to appear.
"The first level has been mastered.", she couldn’t help but whisper.
It took her just less than a year, slightly quicker than the technique described.
And thankfully, the first level had finally been completed.
"The first level is only equivalent to a Little Devil. For , the improvent of strength is minuscule."

Liora had to admit that she might have underestimated the owner of the inheritance palace.

Realizing that this technique was even more valuable than she thought, Liora was filled with excitent.
Despite having mastered the first level in less than a year, clearly faster than the test required, she didn’t pause or take a break.
Instead, she closed her eyes again and began operating her demonic energy.
The practice of the second level brought even more pain to its user.
Fortunately, Liora found it absolutely bearable.
Judging by the current increase, the pain would only beco hard for her to withstand when she reached the ninth level.
Until then, she could practice this technique without an issue.

In the blink of an eye, more than a month had passed since Liora and her companions entered the inheritance palace.
During most of this ti, Liora had been busy in the third trial, imrsed in the Crimson Annihilation Technique and the feeling of her structure getting more and more perfect.
On the other hand, the other participants continued being tested.
In the first trial, the canvas in front of Alpha was filled with countless colors.
A beautiful image appeared, as the emotionless voice rang in her mind, requesting that she choose one of the five rewards.
Faced with the five golden lights, whose light was only slightly dimr than the ones Liora had to choose from, Alpha quickly made her choice.
Based on her feelings, she selected one of them and pocketed the treasure hidden inside.
The next mont, she was moved onto the second trial.
Following a clicking noise, a bronze statue equivalent to a True Spirit Greater Devil awakened.
After it brandished its weapon in her direction, it stord towards Alpha, aiming to kill her.

On the other side, Assira had also unknowingly reached the second trial.
However, compared to Alpha, what she was facing was not one bronze statue, but three.
Clearly, the palace had judged that her strength was higher than Alpha’s.
Thus, the difficulty of the trial had increased accordingly.
Despite this, the bronze statues posed little threat to this Succubus.
Soon, the seductive laughter of a woman echoed as a pink mist engulfed the planet around her.
