A blade of white light burst from the sword. It sliced through the scales of the wyvern’s chest, opening a gaping wound from which black and viscous blood spurted. The beast scread, pure pain tearing through its cry.
"Rooaaaaahhh!!! "
It brought down its claws, but Kaiser used the montum of his attack to slide under it, pivoting with liquid fluidity.
< Second Movent : Quarter Moon.>
Remnants of his aura, as sharp as the crescent moon, remained suspended in the air. As the wyvern tried to turn around, it collided with these stationary blades. Its wings were lacerated in several places, shreds of green mbrane falling to the ground.
Kaiser straightened up, wiping a drop of black blood that had splashed onto his face.
The wyvern, furious, used its demonic mana to saturate the air. A heavy pressure fell on Kaiser, trying to force him to kneel. It was the manifestation of Shaytan’s Sloth, a force that made every movent as heavy as if one were carrying the world on one’s shoulders.
" I do not have ti for this shit ," growled Kaiser.

Klein leaped....
The wyvern tried to bite him in mid-air, but he used Aura Repulsion against the monster’s jaw to propel himself even higher. He reached the back of the beast.
< Sharp Cut >
He concentrated all his lethality into the tip of his katana and plunged it between two cervical vertebrae. A dry crack of broken cartilage was heard. The wyvern collapsed to the ground, clawing the earth in a violent spasm.
With a fluid movent he sliced the monster’s wings into rounds. Then he planted his Katana into its eye.
The wyvern twisted one last ti before becoming still, its demonic mana escaping from its wounds like toxic steam.
Kaiser descended from the smoking corpse. Using his repulsive aura to jump into the ai2et and arrive at the mountain quickly.
Sierra Del Luna was prostrate against the bars. Her long snow-white hair fell in silky cascades over her frail shoulders. Kaiser raised his gloved hand and, with a movent imbued with aura, sliced through the locks.
The young elf raised her white eyes with silver reflections, her albino skin of a porcelain pallor shining faintly under the reddish glow of the sky.
She seed disoriented. She observed this handso young knight servant with silver hair and silver gaze who had just slain her jailers with terrifying ease.
" Who... who are you ? " she asked in a trembling voice, her usual shyness taking over despite the disastrous situation.
Klein looked down at her, holding her hand.
" You can call Klein... Just an exorcist... " he replied in a casual tone.
Sierra nodded, intimidated by the overwhelming presence of this nonchalant playboy. She tried to stand up but her legs were weakened .
Klein took her in his arms then carried her down.
Embarrassed by this silence and this gaze that seed to read her like an open book, she lowered her eyes, her cheeks tinged with a bright red.
" What ? " she finally asked, uncomfortable.
" I asked your father, he seems to know nothing at all... So I am going to ask you... " he began.
He took a step toward her, reducing the space . " How did you get possessed by Shaytan ? "
Sierra remained silent, her fingers nervously twisting the fabric of her dress.
" You may have all the ti in front of you, but for , that is not the case... " Klein said with impatience.
" Yes, but... It is sothing personal... And I am a little ashad... " she murmured, sinking into her natural reserve.
Klein let out an irritated sigh. He was not there to play the confidant or to soothe emotional states. His ti was precious, and every second spent in this ntal domain consud his spiritual energy.
" Listen, Princess, I am quite impatient... And from what I learned from my master, one can exorcise in several ways... , I prefer the throat cut... "
Sierra jumped, her moon eyes widening in terror at the brutal cynicism of this man. She realized that he was not joking at all.
" Ok ok, why are you so cynical !? " she exclaid.
" These are not your problems, Princess... " he retorted coldly.
Sierra took a deep breath, searching for her words. " As you know, it is impossible for a demon of Shaytan’s level to be in the world of mortals without the door of the Abyss being completely open... In fact, I was deceived by her... "
She then began her story, her voice gaining assurance as the truth ca out. After the death of her mother, Anneth, who had sacrificed herself to restore her sight and her life, Sierra had sunk into a deep depression. Consud by guilt, she had spent entire nights in the Luna clan archives, desperately searching for a way to resurrect the one she thought she had killed.
It was then that she was approached by a student from the Sky City academy. Sierra realized with horror that, despite her efforts, she could not rember either the face or the na of this girl, as if a confusion spell clouded her mory. This stranger had assured her that her mother could co back to life, on the sole condition that she agreed to speak with a superior being capable of transcending the laws of death.
Desperate, Sierra had accepted. This was how she t Shaytan. The Princess of Sloth had explained to her that her mother’s soul was indeed locked in hell, but that it was in the domain of another demonic prince, beyond her imdiate reach. She then offered her a pact: she would free Anneth’s soul so that it could reintegrate its body, and in exchange, Shaytan would take possession of Sierra’s soul.
" But Shaytan had no intention at all of honoring her agreent... " the elf continued, tears in her eyes. " All she wanted was to take my body to co into the world of mortals before the ti... "
Klein remained silent.
Indeed, unlike the angels who ford a united front under the authority of the Seraphs , the demons were all enemies of each other, waging a perpetual war for power in the abysses . The world of mortals represented a rather sweet slice of cake for even the demon of sloth to deign to take an interest in it before the official opening of the doors.
’ And even stranger who was this student ? Being able to put a mortal in contact with a demon is not sothing given to everyone. ’
