The mont Iris selected the Territory tab, the interface shifted.

The translucent screen expanded before her eyes, becoming clearer and more detailed than before.

For the first ti since claiming the territory, she was looking at the complete information of her village.

[ TERRITORY STATS

Na: Velaris Village

Status: Village LV1

Area: 3,142,000 SQM

Residents: 14

Total Population: 14

Base Resources:

Wood: 5000 / 5000

Stone: 3000 / 3000]

Wealth: 11,711 Gold, 7,969 Silver, 15,287 Copper

Buildings: None

Building Slots: 0 / 5]

Iris stared at the panel, then she blinked.

Once.

Twice.

Her gaze slowly drifted toward the wealth section, a strange expression appeared on her face. Her money had beco territory money.

No.

That wasn’t entirely correct, after reading the description hidden beneath the wealth section, she realized the territory wasn’t taking her money. Rather, as the lord, her personal assets and the territory’s assets were currently linked together.... For now.

That ant every gold coin she spent on construction would co directly from her own pocket.

"..." Her lips twitched.

Suddenly, Tobias’s obsession with collecting resources made a lot more sense.

At the ti she had assud he was simply greedy.... Now?

Looking at the empty territory and the intimidating construction requirents that undoubtedly awaited her, Iris wasn’t so sure anymore.

She shifted her attention toward the resource section to the Wood and Stone. Unlike wealth, both had additional descriptions. After opening them, several lines of text appeared.

[Wood Resource:

Standard asurent Unit: 1 Unit = 1 Cubic ter]

[Stone Resource

Standard asurent Unit: 1 Unit = 1 Cubic ter]

Iris raised an eyebrow, One cubic ter?

That was significantly more than she expected, at first glance, five thousand units sounded ordinary. Now she realized it was anything but.

Five thousand cubic ters of wood and Three thousand cubic ters of stone.

Those weren’t numbers she could casually pile sowhere inside the valley. Fortunately, the territory seed to possess its own storage chanism.

Otherwise, she’d have to start worrying about where exactly several thousand cubic ters of materials were supposed to fit.

Her eyes lingered briefly on the resource cap. Five thousand, Three thousand the current numbers matched the maximum. Which ant the territory inventory had already reached its storage limit.... Interesting.

She filed that information away before moving on.

The next tab she opened was Residential.

Several holographic building models appeared in front of her.

Small houses, Larger houses, Manors and then she was a castle-like structure positioned at the very end.

The models rotated slowly in the air, allowing her to inspect every angle.

The longer she looked, the deeper her frown beca.

The buildings weren’t ugly that wasn’t the problem the problem was that they felt...

Cold and rigid but functional.

They looked like structures designed to et the minimum requirents for survival and nothing more.

For so reason, they reminded her of King’s Territory.

The sa cramped feeling.

The sa uninspired design philosophy.

The sa attitude of "good enough."

A description appeared when she focused on the most expensive option.

[Lord’s Castle

Cost: 1500 Wood, 800 Stone and 300 Gold.]

and it Occupies 1 Building Slot?

Iris stared at it for several seconds. Then her expression beca even stranger.

Three hundred gold... For this?

No wonder Tobias’s territory looked the way it did. If these were the options available to him, perhaps his terrible taste wasn’t entirely his fault... Almost, she still blad him a little.

To be honest, she couldn’t stomach spending a building slot on any of them. This would be their future ho their actual ho. Not a temporary campsite or shelter.

But their ho.

If she was going to live here for years, perhaps decades, there was no way she was settling for sothing she didn’t even like looking at. A lord token existed for a reason.

Surely there had to be a better solution.... There had to be.

Refusing to make a decision she would regret later, Iris closed the residential nu without selecting anything.

The houses vanished.

The floating models dissolved into particles of white light. Then she moved on to the next category. The Shops tab.

The mont the Shops tab opened, the interface transford again.

Rows of floating holographic buildings appeared before Iris, each accompanied by a small rotating model and detailed information.

Looking at the layout, the earthy color palette, and the neatly organized categories, Iris couldn’t help feeling that it resembled online shopping.

Just... For an entire civilization.

The first building she examined was a restaurant.

A miniature structure slowly rotated before her eyes while its requirents appeared beside it.

[Restaurant

Cost: 100 Wood 50 Stone, 50 Gold]

Her expression imdiately beca subtle.

The system truly had confidence in its own products.

Unfortunately, she didn’t share that confidence.

The mory of king territory’s restaurant surfaced instantly.

The dry bread that tasted like compressed dust, the diocre soup.

The food that barely qualified as edible. For people who had no alternatives, perhaps it was acceptable.

But for Iris?

Not a chance.

The bakery wasn’t any better. Neither was the barbecue store. The soup shop followed shortly after.

Each building required similar resources, varying only slightly in cost, perhaps they would beco useful in the future.

Perhaps...

But right now she couldn’t justify spending precious resources on food she wasn’t even sure people would enjoy.

Like the Residential Tab, the Shops Tab was ’temporarily’ skipped.

Her attention shifted deeper into the category, a different set of buildings appeared.

This ti her eyes brightened slightly.

A weapons Store and armory!.

Unlike the restaurants, these imdiately caught her interest. Their costs were nearly double that of the food establishnts, but Iris barely noticed.

[ Automatic weapon production.

Automatic armor production.] The mont she saw those words, several possibilities flashed through her mind.

Even on Earth, manufacturing required expertise. Here, they had nobody capable of consistently producing high-quality weapons.

That weakness might not be obvious now, but eventually it would beco a serious problem.

An armory and weapons store solves that. Even better, the introduction ntioned additional products becoming available after upgrades.

Her interest rose considerably.

Those imdiately entered the "build later" category. Several other structures remained grayed out.

When she attempted to inspect them, only a simple notification appeared.

[Village Level Insufficient]

"..."

As expected... A Level One village clearly wasn’t ant to access everything imdiately.

After morizing the more useful options, Iris moved to the next section. Production.

Only a single structure was currently available.

A farm.

Compared to the previous categories, the holographic model looked almost laughably simple. Yet the description caused Iris to pause.

[Farm

Area: 600 SQM

Production Increase: 20%]

A twenty percent increase, at first glance it didn’t sound impressive.

But Iris rembered sothing... back in the cave.

A few plants were growing at the entrance of the cave she too a few samples to test its components in her PL(portable laboratory). By the next morning the plant was there again... rapid growth.

The impossible regeneration speed of resources in Eldilon surprised her...

Suddenly the number beca terrifying, twenty percent on Earth was useful.

Twenty percent in a world where plants seed determined to grow at absurd speeds?

That was an entirely different matter, her eyes dropped toward the cost.

Ten gold per field.

No wood and stone required, Only gold.

It was expensive... Very expensive.

Especially for new lords. She couldn’t help imagining soone like Tobias opening this nu for the first ti.

Would he purchase it?

Would any other lord purchase it?

Outside the territory, resources practically covered the world.

Most people would probably choose imdiate gains over long-term production.

Then again...

That line of thinking was exactly why future shortages will happen.

Iris quietly filed the information away It was not urgent, But it was definitely important.

The farm might not look impressive now, yet she had a feeling it would beco one of the most valuable buildings in Velaris sooner or later.

Taking a slow breath, she shifted her attention to the next category. Administration.

Almost imdiately, her expression changed.
