After a while, everyone stepped out of the office.
They started walking through the hallway.
With a wide smile on his face, Noah checked his mobile and said, "Now... that was an amazing reward we got there."
With a slightly dissatisfied expression, Regnar flicked one of his tiger-like ears and comnted, "What amazing? I thought we might get sothing more special... but it’s just extra Nova Points."
With his usual slow tone, Draven looked at Regnar and said, "Dude, we got 5,00,000 Nova Points. Each of us got that much with good credit points. And you think it was nothing?"
With a huge grin, Noah waved his mobile slightly and said, "Damn, I am gonna enjoy this month with this much money. I an points. Haha"
He was the happiest among them after getting this many points.
Currently, Noah was an exiled son. Draven was from a tribe where money was not very important. Damien and Arisha were commoners.
So only these four had reason to be happy.
Except Damien, the other three were acting normal, as if they did not care much about the reward.
While Leonard and Lyria were from rich families.
This many points did not an much to them.
Of course, Noah could just call his father and get money.
But it still felt awkward to do that.
Asking money from him while Noah himself didn’t feel any attachnt or family-like feelings toward him and the other family mbers.
So he wouldn’t ask for money unless it was necessary and important.
He could get shaless when it was needed.
With a smirk, Leonard glanced at Noah and said, "By the way... you are smarter than I thought... the way you act doesn’t give the feeling that you can deduct things so well."
Noah frowned at Leonard’s comnt.
Clicking his tongue, Noah replied, "Tch! When it’s necessary, I do act serious and know how to use my brain to the fullest."
Then, with a casual shrug, he added, "But other tis I just be normal. No need to act like so mysterious kind of character who is smart and cool."
As he said that, Noah moved closer toward Lyria.
With an easy smile, he asked, "By the way, Lyria... you free tomorrow?"
Lyria looked at Noah with her soft pink eyes. So of her golden blonde hair strands fra her forehead. Her sweet face could make anyone feel calm.
With a gentle expression, she said, "Well... I don’t have anything to do... at least after tomorrow’s lectures end. I an if lectures do happen tomorrow. Mostly I will study in the library or train."
As she spoke, she tilted her head in a cute way.
Her response made Noah nod his head.
With a satisfied smile, he said, "Perfect. Let’s go on a date tomorrow in the late afternoon. Everything on ." He said casually, as if it was no hig deal.
His response made Lyria visibly flinch.
Her cheeks turned a shade of pink in embarrassnt.
With wide eyes, she stamred, "Wh-wh-what are y-you saying!?"
With surprise clearly visible on his face, Damien exclaid, "What?"
Chuckling in amusent, Leonard said, "That’s too bold."
With his tiger-like ears standing straight up, Regnar stared at Noah and said, "How can you be so direct?"
With complete seriousness, Draven nodded once and said, "Noah is a real man. So forward and brave."
Clicking her tongue softly, Arisha crossed her arms and said, "Tch! He moved from to another woman so fast."
Once again, Arisha’s words made everyone even more baffled.
Laughing cheerfully, Noah said to Lyria, ignoring the comnts made by others,"Hehehe! Co on, don’t be so surprised. It’s not like a beautiful lady like you was never asked on a date before."
Still blushing heavily, Lyria quickly replied, "O-of course not! No one ever asked on a date before! And how could you ask this out if nowhere."
Noah stared at her in disbelief.
"What the hell? How is that possible? Damn, I am wondering what all n are doing if they never tried to get closer to you. Such cowards."
Shaking his head with amusent, Leonard said, "Because not everyone is like you, Noah."
Still flustered, Lyria lowered her gaze and stamred, "Well... I-I... I don’t think I can—"
But before she could finish.
Noah suddenly burst into laughter.
"Hahaha! Oh dear Lyria, I was just joking around. Haha."
He casually confessed that he had only been joking.
It was not like he tried to change it before getting rejected by her on the date.
Yes, it was definitely not because of that!
He was truly joking around.
Lyria imdiately froze.
Then her embarrassed face turned even redder.
Pointing at Noah with shaky fingers, she said, "Y-you! Don’t talk to ! Hmph!"
With her face becoming crimson, Lyria turned her face to the side with a small pout.
Chuckling softly, Noah said, "Hehe, your reaction was just too cute and adorable."
Lyria clenched her fists tightly and started walking faster without looking at Noah.
She felt embarrassed every ti he said sothing.
No one had ever talked to her like that before.
Noah then turned toward Arisha.
She was watching everything with her usual calm, indifferent face. Her soft violet hair rested against her back and shoulders
But there was a spark in her eyes.
As if she was enjoying it.
With fake smile, Noah placed a hand on his chest and said, "There’s no way I will ever abandon Arisha and go to another girl."
Without changing her expression, Arisha replied, "You lost that small chance with . Now don’t co back."
Leonard rubbed his forehead and muttered, "This is getting crazier."
Regnar twitched his ears and said, "Man, Arisha does act good despite not showing any emotion."
Suddenly Noah reached one hand toward Arisha.
With fake despair in his voice, he cried out, "No, Arisha! Please don’t abandon ! Please forgive this one ti!"
He walked beside her now.
Other laughed as they watched them.
Just like that, the group moved away from Adrian’s office.
