Eventually, those attacking from long range had no choice but to join in the lee fight.

He was surprised by how skilled Viper was at close combat.

Crow and Viper were among the most skilled ones.

There were a few others as well.

As the fight continued, fewer than 20 people remained at one point.

Axel cursed internally, ‘If it wasn’t for the fact that everyone was ganging up on him.

He could have easily been the last one to be standing.’ Axel bent his knees on the ground; the demon bloodline in him made him stronger, the more injured he beca, to a certain extent.

You’re strong.” He smiled and lost consciousness.

But the fight between the remaining ones continued, and the audience continued to cheer one na and one na only.

It wasn’t hard for the authorities to make accommodations for the close to 1900 contestants for the night.

It was ti to announce the results of the competition: those who would be attending the ‘Unified Human Academy’, the ones in the top 250, with all the test evaluations combined.

And those that are not in the rankings shall be going back.

The evaluations are made by the examiner’s group collectively, and so of them would also be the teachers in the academy.

They are an autonomous group under the supervision of the academy.

None of the three great kingdoms has any hold over the operations of the academy.

It’s almost akin to an independent force.

So, none of the three forces within the Suncrest kingdom could influence them in any way.

Even the 50 spots that are reserved for the highest class of people in each great kingdom should be allocated to worthy descendants.

This forces them to have their heirs trained from a very young age.

That is why Axel was continuously warned about those from the high nobility, top rchants, and royals.

No one from those forces is weak.

Examiner Gareth flew in the air.

He snapped his fingers, and everyone beca quiet.

The audience, contestants, and even those in the VIP room focused their attentions on him.

He waved his hand, and white energy shot out of him; a large white flat structure appeared in the sky.

Examiner Gareth started speaking loudly, “I will provide the codenas of those that made it to the top 250 by the rankings from last.” “Listen carefully, I will not announce one na a second ti.

Interestingly, many of the eliminated ones remained happy after all, it wasn’t easy to get into the top 1900 in the first place.

Not to ntion those who participated in the whole competition, even if they did not make it, would be offered good positions.

They’re futures would still be quite bright and exceptional.

Now they needed to join various organizations that would help them break through to beco a Seeker.

As for those who have been in the top 250, most of them remained expressionless, but a small fraction were overflowing with happiness.

It wasn’t hard to understand that those few were commoners.

The expressionless ones were waiting for the ranking to be revealed.

They were grood to be able to easily get into the academy without too many problems.

Their main target was to be within a certain ranking.

Anyone managing to get into the academy is at the top of the crop.

Destined to be leaders and powerhouses of the next generation without exception.
