After the main conditions were settled, Bill Gates added some a few other conditions. When Lenovo market their new products, they must include Microsoft’s products in their advertisements. They must also help to push Microsoft’s products and display Microsoft logo.
Feng Yu agreed to this condition, but he also requests Microsoft to purchase Lenovo’s PC when they buy new PCs. Lenovo’s PC was still more advanced in some areas pared to other brands. Lenovo’s optical drive was much better than IBM.
For this condition, Bill Gates said he would add Lenovo into their procurement list. He doesn’t care about this. Microsoft would use any PC except for Apple and IBM. He also expressed that if Lenovo is willing to manufacture a batch of Microsoft PC for them, he doesn’t mind changing all his pany’s PC to Lenovo.

The next day, Feng Yu brought his lawyer, Wilson, and a few other staffs to Microsoft’s headquarters. They had brought Lenovo’s authorization letter, proving Feng Yu could represent Lenovo in the US, including signing contracts.
Paul Allen was not around. But a signed contract on their exchange of shares was on the table. Feng Yu only have to sign on the contract.
There were a few sets of contracts on the table, and Feng Yu gestured to Wilson. Wilson immediately brought his men over to check the contracts. The amount involved in these contracts were astronomical. They had to be careful. Every contract had to go through 3 rounds of checks, before deciding whether Feng Yu could sign.
This might be troublesome, but Wilson and his staffs were getting paid well for all these works. Wilson’s law firm had signed a contract with Feng Yu. He will be paid a monthly amount mission. The more work his firm does for Feng Yu, the more he will earn.
Wilson was considering whether if he should be Feng Yu’s personal lawyer. The rest of his clients can be pass to his staffs.
No one knows how much assets Feng Yu has. Even Feng Yu’s parents do not know. But Wilson knew much more than others. He was sure that what he knew was not all of Feng Yu’s assets, but it was enough to convince him to stay with Feng Yu!
“Want to try this cigar?” Bill Gates pushed his cigar box to Feng Yu.
