Zhang Beixing was outside his usual work scope, so after a slight adjustnt, he managed to get back on track.

Unexpectedly, Wang Fengyi and Su Dakai had initially considered just that. Zhang Beixing’s expertise in Martial Arts was truly remarkable. Behind him were formations of soldiers performing Military Boxing. Their military green training outfits enhanced the overall impact, and their unified shouts echoed across the military area.
A good while later, when the martial arts demonstration concluded, the director gave him an "OK" sign. He then chatted with Wang Fengyi and Su Dakai before leaving with the team to edit the video.
Seeing them depart and with nothing left for him to do there, Zhang Beixing also left. He changed out of his uniform and resud his regular training.

Ah, it’s an official account! Zhang Beixing realized. He paused his swiping and prepared to see how the recruitnt video he had participated in turned out.
In the video, a journalist’s voice ca from off-screen, posing a question to Wang Fengyi, "Colonel Wang, I heard that our Yanjing sub-district recently conducted a red versus blue military exercise in Yanjing. As the chief commander of this exercise, what are your views?"
Wang Fengyi, dressed in his military uniform, solemnly faced the screen and said,
"Regarding the military exercise recently conducted by our Yanjing sub-district, my view is that this exercise was highly morable.
"In this exercise, our Yanjing sub-district broke with convention and boldly chose to proceed with ’civil-military cooperation.’

Listening to Wang Fengyi’s words, Zhang Beixing had to admit that this old rascal was no less skilled than himself when it ca to spinning tales out of thin air.
