Upon hearing Huo Honghao’s words, everyone in the video conference was taken aback.
Colonel Wang Fengyi from the Yanjing Military District seed to think of sothing, his eyebrows furrowing slightly as he contemplated.
Before he could figure it out, a man with a dark complexion appeared on the screen next to Wang Fengyi. He was identified as Tashilang Mu, commander of the border region’s missile brigade. His Mandarin wasn’t very standard. He spoke in a muffled voice, "What? A Martial Arts instructor? Colonel Huo Honghao, are you sure you’re not joking? Can a Martial Arts instructor really bring about such a significant change in your soldiers?"
"An ordinary Martial Arts instructor certainly couldn’t achieve this," Huo Honghao said, clearly quite pleased with himself. "But the person I invited this ti is no ordinary man. He is the only Great Grandmaster in Great Xia in the last seven hundred years!"

If we could just lure... no, invite him from the Shishi Military District to be a permanent Martial Arts instructor in our own district... Man! He grumbled, "All this fuss for so ’Great Grandmaster’? Aren’t you overreacting a bit? In this day and age, no matter how strong soone’s personal abilities are, can they really be stronger than bullets or artillery shells? You’re making a mountain out of a molehill."
Hearing this, Huo Honghao was montarily stunned.
Ah, right. As a missile brigade commander, he naturally wouldn’t place much importance on individual combat ability. They focus more on weaponry, military proficiency, and team coordination—essentially, information warfare capabilities. Personal martial prowess isn’t very useful to them. That’s why he can’t understand this.
Realizing this, Huo Honghao patiently explained just how rare a Great Grandmaster was, their high status and formidable strength within Great Xia’s Martial Arts circles, and how much learning Martial Arts could help in combat. He had thought that after this explanation, Tashilang Mu would have a change of heart regarding Grandmasters. However, Huo Honghao had underestimated both Tashilang Mu’s stubbornness and his deep-seated disdain for Martial Arts.
Tashilang Mu’s response remained the sa: "Useless! No matter how strong personal abilities are, they’re worthless against guns and artillery. If you ask , you’re all completely wasting your ti!"
Well! The conversation died right there.
Seeing Tashilang Mu’s expression, which clearly said, I’m not listening; this stuff is absolutely useless, Huo Honghao completely lost interest in continuing the discussion.
