In Deer City, Jiangnan, lay Hundred Feet Falls, a national 4A-level scenic area.
Although it was still winter, the falls had not stopped flowing. This place was famous as the forr residence of Liu Bowen and the highest waterfall in Great Xia, renowned for its mild winters and cool sumrs.
The winter waterfall was beautiful, but due to the weather, there were far fewer tourists.
After all, it was already cold. With the large water flow and thick mist of Hundred Feet Falls, who would want to visit, only to get drenched by the freezing water and return ho soaked and shivering?

"So... shall we leave?" the young man cautiously suggested.
"Forget it! We’re already here. We might as well see it through and get our money’s worth!" the young woman said huffily.
Seeing her reaction, the young man scratched his head again, unsure what to say. He simply followed the young woman, continuing on their way.
But when the two reached the First Cataract, one of the three sections of Hundred Feet Falls, they stopped in their tracks.
It wasn’t that they didn’t want to continue; the path ahead was blocked!
People were gathered around for so reason, gawking at the scene ahead, utterly bewildered.
Seeing their expressions, the young man’s curiosity was piqued. He approached soone who looked about his age and asked, "Bro, what’s going on? Why is everyone just standing here? Did sothing happen?"
Hearing the young man’s question, the other man turned his head, muttering in a daze, "Soone’s climbing the mountain! Climbing the mountain!"
"Huh? Climbing the mountain? Bro, what are you talking about?"
The young man was baffled, clearly not understanding.
Just then, the man snapped out of it and pointed to the mountain opposite them. "Look for yourself! Look at that mountain!"
Hearing this, the young man beca even more puzzled.
Look at the mountain? What’s wrong with the mountain?
So he followed the man’s pointing finger.
"Holy shit! What the hell is that?!"
"Aqing, co quick! This is insane!" the young man suddenly exclaid.
Hearing his outburst, the young woman also looked over curiously.
Imdiately, she too let out a similar cry of shock: "Holy shit!"
The reason for their shock lay on the cliff face of the First Cataract of Hundred Feet Falls:
A man, dressed head to toe in climbing attire, was plastered against it!
Clinging there was one thing, but the crucial part was that the man had no safety equipnt whatsoever—not even basic climbing tools!
"Is he insane?"
"There are better ways to seek thrills than this!"
"He’s clearly got a death wish!"
Watching the man scale the cliff, the young woman couldn’t help but exclaim. Her words imdiately drew nods of agreent from the crowd.

"Good heavens! He’s not using any safety gear at all. If he falls from there, he’ll be smashed to bits!"
"Exactly! Do people get their kicks this way nowadays? Is this what they call ’taking the road less traveled’ these days? Crazy!"
"Holy shit, these young people... holy shit!"
"Even though I’m not the one climbing, just watching this... man, it gives goosebumps. I can’t even imagine... if that were , how badly I’d be smashed!"

Watching the climber’s back, the onlookers buzzed with discussion. So had even taken out their phones to record the scene.
