Now reading: Chapter 364 - 360: Witch Workshop from Extreme Cold Era: Shelter Don't Keep Waste, a Sci-fi novel by Seventeen Kites.

How Perfikot dealt with those so-called progressive young officers is temporarily put aside, and at this mont in Langton, the previously ntioned Witch Workshop received an unexpected invitation.

"Heine, Heine! Look, we’ve received a very beautiful invitation!" A blonde little girl held up an envelope with a pretty wax seal, calling out to another gray-haired woman dressed in a rather unconventional black leather outfit for this era.

Beside this blonde little girl, there were several clay puppets sculpted with great playfulness running along with her.

If you look closely, you’ll find that these clay puppets are the golems from traditional alchemy, tools created by alchemists in ancient tis used for sieging cities or performing rough and heavy work.

They were once loved by alchemists because of their tough and durable skin, and unrivaled strength.

However, as ti progressed, these clumsy things gradually fell out of fashion, with people preferring delicate chanical puppets that showcased design and technical skill, leading to the golems’ decline.

Even so, being able to create such agile and lively clay puppets from golems was enough to showcase the alchemic skill of their creator.

"Slow down, Bote Li, don’t trip." Heine, wearing black leather, lifted her head from a pile of parchnt, looked at the little girl running towards her, and showed a doting smile.

They were an entirely female alchemy workshop, with a certain historical presence in Langton.

However, in the past, their reputation was obscured because of their gender, although this was largely due to the previous sect leader’s laziness.

Everyone in the workshop had a profound love for alchemy but couldn’t fully express their talents due to gender issues. Only the forr sect leader of the workshop was willing to accept them as disciples and teach them valuable alchemic knowledge, nurturing each into true alchemists.

Even the youngest disciple in the workshop, Bote Li, was a qualified alchemist capable of proficiently performing alchemy.

However, her age was indeed too young, and lacking enough experience, she was currently just an apprentice in the workshop.

The woman called Heine was now the acting sect leader of the workshop. After the previous sect leader, feeling they could now handle things independently, left only a letter and vanished, Heine could only bear the burden, maintaining the operation of their shared ho.

It was precisely because Heine took over the workshop that they manufactured sunshade glass through Imaginary Alchemy, bringing an order and gaining fa in Langton.

In recent tis, they had received more than one invitation, so Heine didn’t seem particularly concerned with the invitation brought by Bote Li.

However, under Bote Li’s earnest push of the envelope on her small hand and her expectant look, Heine still had to seriously open the invitation, pretending to be quite excited, ready to glance at it before putting it aside.

It’s not that she didn’t take it seriously, but because the workshop was overwheld by a sudden increase in orders, leaving little energy to deal with these invitations.

Initially, Heine treated every invitation seriously, always squeezing out valuable ti to attend.

After all, the workshop was initially on the brink of bankruptcy and had just gained fa. Heine needed to maintain the workshop’s reputation.

However, after attending a few tis and discovering most of the so-called invitations were not as she expected, she grew weary, not wanting to handle such false social interactions.

It must be said, in this regard, Heine could share quite a bit of common ground with Perfikot.

"Which boring noble sent another invitation? Is it another of your suitors, Heine? These people should take a look in the mirror, who would like such playboys!" Another blonde girl walked over, noticed the invitation in Heine’s hand, and imdiately grumbled in displeasure.

The young girl was evidently also an alchemist from the workshop, but unlike Heine and Bote Li, she was covered in paint and varnish, from her clothes to her hair, looking more like a painter or a varnish specialist than an alchemist.

However, Heine didn’t have the mood to respond to her grumbling at this mont, as Heine had already opened the invitation and was struck with great shock upon seeing its content.

"Pitlai, this ti it’s not so boring noble, but Master Brandelis has sent an invitation! She invites us to the Northern Territory!" Heine announced loudly, raising the invitation in her hand, calling out to others in the workshop: "Everyone~ we’ve received an invitation from Master Brandelis! She invites us to the Northern Territory!"

"What? Heine, you’re not joking, right? It’s really that Master Brandelis?" A pink-purple-haired woman adorned with jewels looked up from her workstation, incredulously gazing at Heine.

Others in the workshop also put down their work, gathering around, all wearing faces of disbelief.

"I’m not joking, Andelle, it’s real... I an it’s truly Master Brandelis!" Because of excitent, Heine dugressively waved the invitation, showing others the Brandlis Clan’s emblem on the invitation, along with Perfikot’s cursive signature and the alchemy master’s stamp on the paper.

"How is this possible? That master actually knows us and invites us to the Northern Territory?" A green-clothed woman wearing glasses took the invitation from Heine’s hand, seriously read it, and displayed an incredulous expression: "That’s the master who invented the differential machine and alchemy puppet, created the flying airship, proposed the Imaginary Alchemy theory!

Such a famous figure knows about our Witch Workshop? I feel like I’m dreaming!

Eeek! Bote Li, why are you pinching !?"

The green-clothed woman rubbed her calf, looked down at the little girl Bote Li, with an unhappy expression.

However, little girl Bote Li earnestly said in her childish voice, "You feel pain, so it’s not a dream!"

With Bote Li’s interruption, mbers of the Witch Workshop mostly understood the fact they were really invited by the Lord of the North.

Subsequently, the last alchemist of the workshop, dressed like a blacksmith, rubbed her fla-like red hair and asked, "So Heine, are we going to accept the invitation?"
