"Little girl, I am the arena champion under the War God, having once won a hundred consecutive battles in the War God's arena, receiving divine blessings and rewards." The red-skinned woman with horns spoke to Perfikot, simultaneously showing her a '100' on her arm: "The War God greatly admires you and wants you to beco His chosen champion in the mortal world. If you agree, I will beco your possession, accompany you to conquer every battlefield, and slay all your enemies for you."

This self-proclaid arena champion thrust a long-handled battle axe into the ground, her eyes filled with a thirst for battle as she looked at the pair of n and won, barely able to restrain the murderous intent.

"Are those two your enemies? If you are willing to nod, I can behead them at any ti and turn their heads into decorations on your armor." The woman turned to look at Perfikot, speaking with a strong sense of eagerness and temptation: "Perhaps you don't know how powerful the War God's gift is? If you agree, I can put on this armor first and demonstrate the War God's generosity by slaughtering those two guys!"

After speaking, the red-skinned woman directly got into the already distorted steam armor and started its engine.

But this ti, the sound emanating from the steam armor was not the familiar sound of a steam turbine to Perfikot, but more like the roar of a beast.

Amidst this roar, hot sparks shot out of the exhaust port at the back of the steam armor, and a pair of entirely tal wings unfolded, with each feather spewing flas.

Blood-red roses and thorns entwined around the entire armor, and the hellish tapestry-like decorations Perfikot had seen last ti were all gone, making the armor resemble so kind of dark art piece rather than a machine of bloodshed and violence.

The horned red woman seemingly intended to display her armor to Perfikot, spinning in front of her to let her admire the armor blessed by the War God better.

Having completed all this, she picked up her battle axe again and flew into the sky straight towards the duo on the battlefield.

Watching this scene, Perfikot felt incredulous. Who is this woman? What is she doing?

Aren't you gods supposed to be on the sa side? How co you started an internal conflict before I even said a word?

To tempt to fall, is it necessary to spend such a big cost?

Perfikot felt a sense of bewildernt and then looked at the cannon under her, using the Eye of Omniscience to inspect it.

I must say, the War God's craftsmanship is quite remarkable. Not only has the power of this cannon been greatly enhanced, but it has also beco a divine artifact. Perfikot could even sense that a soul was residing in or imprisoned within this cannon, making it alive.

If Perfikot wishes, she can continue using thermobaric shells, but if the shells run out, the soul in the cannon will use its power to form intangible shells for continued firing.

As long as each cannon shot brings about slaughter and war, the soul's power within the cannon is inexhaustible.

In other words, as long as Perfikot is willing to start a global-scale war, this cannon can help her shatter the entire world.

Furthermore, a grand war and endless slaughter will make this cannon increasingly powerful, and so will Perfikot, who wields it.

In just a short instant, Perfikot envisioned a scorched earth piled with mountains of bones, a massive, nacing cannon that grew limbs, lying atop those mountains of bones, while she, clad in the armor, stood on the cannon's muzzle, bathing in blood.

It looked as if Perfikot had already conquered the world.

However, faced with this seemingly impactful and even sowhat tempting scene, Perfikot staggered back from the cannon as if burned, quickly jumping to the side, shaking her head repeatedly in an attempt to shake the scene from her mind.

"Really, , an Alchemist, conquering the world? Are you crazy? And using blood for a bath, don't you know it's hard to clean once it dries on your skin and clothes?" Perfikot kept muttering while further enhancing the effects of the headband embedded into her skull with alchemy.

Thinking the headband wasn't enough, she also put rings with altered shapes on her hands and neck to maintain her sanity and resist the War God's temptation.

Though the scene indeed had a shocking effect on Perfikot, touching upon long-forgotten mories from her previous world, she resolutely resisted these temptations.

She didn't know what would happen if she agreed to the War God's demands and beca His champion, but Perfikot suspected everything she had now, everything she worked for, would cease to exist, and it would be her own hands that destroyed it.

Just thinking of herself personally killing the old butler Fu, the Eldest Princess Annie, or even others she knew or didn't know, and then bathing in their blood made Perfikot feel itchy and nauseous, filled with the urge to vomit like when she first slled blood.

She indeed was soone who could be ruthless and, in critical monts, coldly initiate slaughter, but all with a purpose, not for re slaughter.

If she beca soone who knew only killing, she would no longer be herself.

"War has always been a ans to achieve a particular goal. If it's just war for war's sake, or killing for killing's sake, such individuals I usually call war maniacs." Perfikot looked up at the continuously descending red light from the sky, speaking in a very serious tone to the grand will: "Turning the most talented Alchemist in history into a war maniac who only knows how to chop heads? Aren't you insulting my intelligence?"

Perfikot wasn't mocking or negotiating with the War God; she was simply expressing her refusal and solidifying her will.

However, this seed to have no effect, as the grand will rely let out a hearty laugh, and then the red light enveloped the red-skinned woman who had rushed out, assisting her in instantaneously decapitating both heads.
