Now reading: Chapter 705 658: The Plan from Extreme Cold Era: Shelter Don't Keep Waste, a Sci-fi novel by Seventeen Kites.

After dealing with the technical template for air pollution governance using the power of 'omniscience,' Perfikot did not stop her work.

Having a technical template only ans she knows what to do; as for how to do it, it cannot be resolved by relying on the ability of 'omniscience.'

Because there are too many things that can't be solved by rely having the technology.

Possessing power doesn't an you can handle everything; for instance, she can force all factories to carry out environntal pollution control according to her will, but the specifics of how to govern still need her to carefully consider.

True, she could enforce everything with a governnt decree and let the officials in Pripyat figure it out themselves, with only the result needing to be achieved.

But such a blunt and simple approach doesn't appeal to Perfikot.

Why waste their ti when there's a more efficient way to do it?

Perhaps this is the trouble with being a genius; Perfikot can't stand to see ordinary people wasting ti, or having better thods at hand but choosing not to use them, watching ordinary people waste more ti with less efficient thods.

So, even though she knows personally handling these matters will consu a vast amount of her ti and energy, Perfikot still personally designed a comprehensive environntal governance plan based on Pripyat's situation.

Naturally, at the core of this is the air purification technology Perfikot traded from the Jade Record through 'omniscience.'

This is a technology that can filter particulate matter and specific toxic harmful gases from the air through special alchemical equipnt.

As long as the corresponding alchemical equipnt is installed onto chimneys, the smoke can be treated before being emitted into the air, effectively reducing air pollution levels.

Of course, doing this only blocks air pollution at its source, but it still requires ti for the already polluted air to recover.

If it were ordinary people, they'd naturally be satisfied because the air pollution has been governed; the rest is just waiting for the natural environnt to recover slowly.

But for Perfikot, she's impatient with the natural environnt recovering on its own slowly.

Therefore, she designed an air filtration tower based on this technology, combined with absorption towers and large air extraction devices she used in Death Valley.

Just a few such structures need to be built in the city, and they can treat the existing air pollution.

These filtration towers will draw air into the tower, employing air purification technology and absorption tower principles to filter out dust particles and toxic pollutants from the air, finally releasing purified air into the natural environnt to boost urban environntal recovery.

According to Perfikot's calculations, about five such towers are needed to cover the whole Pripyat.

And this happens to be the number of Energy Towers Pripyat has; Perfikot just needs to redesign the layout for the filtration towers.

The best approach is to install an absorption tower on top of an Energy Tower so that purification and heating aren't hindered, and the smoke and exhaust discharged by the Energy Tower can be directly processed.

This way, the city residents will inherit a cleaner and tidier city.

However, this approach requires extra modules for the Energy Towers, and the structural load layout must be redesigned to prevent instability due to heavy equipnt addition.

But for Perfikot, this is not a big problem; the Eye of Omniscience's ability to simulate and optimize is just ant for this purpose.

And under the power of the Eye of Omniscience, not only did the Energy Towers gain an air purification module, but also an independent air purification tower and a more deployable small air purification tower suitable for neighborhoods or small settlents were conceived.

"Renovating the Energy Towers can be postponed slightly; this is sothing that can be addressed later," Perfikot murmured to herself while sketching erratically on paper, seemingly chaotic lines, yet they well reflected her thought process.

Energy Towers are vital living facilities for the Northern Territory; renovating them, even if only in the single city of Pripyat, would be a substantial project.

Perfikot can include it in plans but won't do it imdiately.

"A three-step process can be adopted: first, promote equipnt installation on chimneys and large purification towers in each factory, and high-pollution factories can be mandated to build large purification towers early," Perfikot recalled environntal governance content she was exposed to before crossing over and wrote a preliminary governance plan on paper, sketching: "As for small purification towers, they can be spread in Phase Two, and Pripyat's pollution situation necessitates installation of purification towers within communities…"

The third phase is the overall renovation of Energy Towers, and once Pripyat accumulates enough successful experience, this technology can be spread to other cities.

Perfikot quickly drafted a proposal; though it's rely a rough plan capturing broad ideas, the overall thought process has been clarified.

After completing this step, Perfikot did not continue refining the plan but placed the sowhat hastily written docunt aside.

She does not intend to continue refining it herself, instead planning to hand it over with the technical template to Pripyat's officials, letting them design a complete plan based on her draft, aiming for significant environntal improvent in Pripyat within five years.

The reason for these five years is simply Perfikot recalling sothing deeply familiar from before she crossed over.

A winning formula transforming an impoverished bunny into the world's top nation.

"The plan can certainly proceed, but rely focusing on environntal governance won't suffice; I rember the plan being about developnt and construction…" Perfikot pondered seriously, contemplating the feasibility of doing this: "There are quite a few plans in the Northern Territory that could be included in it; looks like this Cabinet term is quite fortuitous."

Perfikot could certainly promote the developnt sche only in the Northern Territory, but considering the current overlap between the Imperial Center and Northern Territory, in a certain sense, this could also be considered as a 'national strategy highlight.'

Therefore, Perfikot thinks it should be discussed in the Privy Council...no, now it should be called the Cabinet eting, to see if it should be pushed as a national policy.

Perfikot isn't worried at all about whether this matter would be passed; not to ntion the benefits of this policy, the re fact that both the pri minister and deputy pri minister are her people is enough to ensure this policy's approval.
