Although Kelin provided a lot of information that seed valuable to Perfikot, in the end, Perfikot decided to simply kill him rather than let him go.
It wasn't that Perfikot didn't want to keep her promise to release him, it's just that she had no way to control this captive.
Perfikot had only captured him in the dream, and once released, he would imdiately awaken in his real-world body. Perfikot had no idea where he was, making it practically impossible to capture him again.
Unless Kelin was a fool, and upon being released would stay in place to be captured once more by Perfikot.
As for completely destroying his spirit, or planting so suggestion in his consciousness during the dream, turning him into a puppet under her control...
Perfikot was an Alchemist, not a master of mind control. Even though she could use 'omniscience' to find a thod for achieving her goal, she couldn't accomplish these things within the dream.
So it was more straightforward to simply kill him.
After finishing these tasks and studying the Floating City she had imagined in the sky, Perfikot ended her dream, letting herself wake up.
"Miss, you finally woke up!" Before Perfikot opened her eyes, the concerned voice of the old butler sounded in her ears.
Opening her eyes, Perfikot saw a tacky golden room, realizing she should be awake.
"How long did I sleep?" Sitting up in bed, she squeezed her palms, feeling the fatigue in her body and said, "Fetch a vitality potion."
"Miss, you were asleep the entire day. I was worried sothing might happen to you. I've been trying to wake you, but you wouldn't awaken, which really worried ." Foster exclaid, soon bringing Perfikot the vitality potion she requested.
Perfikot took the potion, drained it in one gulp, and cleared her mind a little. Once the potion took effect, she felt strength and vitality surging through her limbs, the heavy fatigue dissipated, and then she sat up from the bed.
"Soone attacked in the dream. Did anything happen during that ti?" Perfikot rose and got out of bed, as the maid puppet imdiately ca over to assist her in changing clothes.
While the old butler continued answering, "There were several guests you were supposed to et today, but since you hadn't awakened, I postponed their etings citing your poor health.
Apart from that, so people from the Military Departnt ca to find you, wanting to discuss the issues in the current Flying Airship plan and how to address them.
Postpone those etings and arrange them later, as for the Military Departnt, send a ssage saying that it was sabotaged by cultists and let their intelligence departnt investigate.
Moreover, I'll give you an address. You personally lead a team to visit; you might encounter cultists, but they might have already moved. Anyway, see if there's anything to gain."
After speaking, Perfikot shared the information she had extracted with the old butler.
"Understood, Miss. I'll set out right away." The old butler recorded the information Perfikot provided and then turned to leave the room.
As for Perfikot's safety, as long as she didn't leave the hotel, which was heavily surrounded, there would be no issues.
In her dream, Perfikot indeed imagined sothing, but in reality, the old butler had arranged a team of divine knights as guards in the room, and a flying airship was indeed parked in the sky.
Only it wasn't a military airship; it was Perfikot's private luxury yacht, summoned by the butler from Chernobyl after Perfikot fell asleep.
The reason for this is the butler feared that if Perfikot stayed unconscious for a long ti, she couldn't be kept here and should be relocated to the Lord's mansion in Chernobyl, where it's safer.
From any angle, Beloburg is not the safest place for Perfikot.
However, since Perfikot has awoken, the final plan is no longer needed.
Watching the butler leave, Perfikot changed her clothes and went out to the terrace again.
Although the hotel was shrouded by both the Energy Tower and the heat field, opening the window still brought a chill feeling, incomparable to the warmth in the dream.
Moreover, the view was a city covered in ice and snow, rather than the sunny and lively spring scenery in the dream.
This made Perfikot sigh with lancholy, "If only it were possible to make the world revert to the sunny and blooming state, this snowy landscape indeed lacks vitality."
With such thoughts, Perfikot looked up at the sky, seeing only lead-gray clouds, without the huge Floating City from her dream.
This made Perfikot feel like sothing was missing from the sky.
Even though she didn't feel much about the Floating City, after seeing it once in a dream, Perfikot thought it wouldn't be a sin to build one.
Thinking of this, Perfikot ordered the maid puppet to bring a brush and white paper, set up the easel for her.
Perfikot then sat on the terrace, sketching the vision of the Floating City she imagined against the sky.

At the mont Perfikot awoke, the Dream Thief realized the plan had failed, Kelin and Trivank were dead, and he was likely exposed, needing to flee quickly.
However, before leaving, he went to Kelin's corpse, expressed so respect, and began searching through his belongings.
They were both mbers of the Dream Sect, so Kelin's belongings were naturally usable for him.
As for Trivank beside him? The Dream Master didn't slap him in the face, which was already generous.
If it weren't for his reckless actions, things wouldn't have turned out this way.
Now it's too late to say anything, the plan failed, the main mbers died in questionable ways, the Dream Thief wasn't stupid enough not to know what this ant.
So when he saw Kelin dead, he imdiately decided on the escape plan.
After collecting all the money and valuables he could find, the Dream Thief prepared to leave.
But by that ti, escaping was already too late.
The old butler, clad in armor and wielding a great sword with one hand, had already arrived, accompanied by the White Bear Knights, Perfikot's most trusted ard force.
Regarding the transportation, broadcasting, and related signals in Beloburg, they were all completely blocked and jamd.
So despite the Dream Thief's tily departure from the stronghold, he didn't manage to run far before being captured by the City Guard responsible for sealing the site and brought before the old butler.
