The news of the National Assembly's failure quickly spread throughout the Northern Territory. Whether it was Beloburg, Chernobyl, or Pripyat, almost every city learned of the event.

So rejoiced in misfortune, considering it a significant defeat for the Lord of the North, her plot to take over the country thwarted by loyal parliantarians dedicated to the nation and the people.

Those who think this way undoubtedly don't understand the full scope of what happened; they haven't figured out the causes or consequences and are rely speculating with fragnts of information they know.

Yet, those who understand deeply are filled with worry.

Not for other reasons, but just the fact that the Northern Faction was pivotal in the rejection of the proposal fills them with great concern.

That phrase, "How could you think Lord Perfikot would accept a position subordinate to the cabinet and parliant?" has simply beco a curse in their hearts, terrifying them whenever they recall it.

They don't know what Perfikot truly wants to do, nor what the Northern Faction is plotting; the entire Northern Territory is like a gigantic vortex brewing, seemingly capable of swallowing everyone completely.

"What should we do? That person is now almost openly aiming to seize control of the Empire!" In so location at Beloburg, royalists were gathered, discussing how to handle the current situation.

One of them furiously smashed what was in their hand onto the table: "What exactly do they want to do? Don't they know this could destroy the Empire?"

"Destroy the Empire? Perhaps in their eyes, having Count Brandelis control the Empire is the only way to make it better?" Not all royalists held stubborn conservative views; so recognized what Perfikot had done: "To be honest, no one can deny the contribution Count Brandelis has made to the Empire, nor can anyone erase her achievents and all she has done for it."

"I admit she has indeed made outstanding contributions to the Empire, and her leadership might truly make the Empire better, but it doesn't justify her being above the National Assembly and cabinet, nor does it justify her attempts to control the Empire, even further!" Within the royalist party, so are rational, while others remain conservative, with die-hard royalists not uncommon.

The royalists are primarily tied to the royal family because their interests are closely bound, leaving them unable to support anything else.

No one has considered defecting to the North, but their interests ensure that only a very few can do such a thing.

The issue isn't money. If it were just about money, many royalists would have defected when Perfikot unveiled the five-year economic developnt plan and the airship program.

Even fools know that following the Lord of the North would certainly guarantee benefits!

Their entanglent is more due to political interests, which binds them tightly to the royal family, preventing any move to change allegiance.

Thus, even knowing it's inevitable, they must find ways to prevent the further expansion of Northern Faction's power and the potential 'power grab' by Perfikot.

"Stop arguing! The urgent matter now is how we can curb her ambition! If she truly decides to utilize the Northern Army, we have no way to stop her from taking that seat!" Soone banged the table, stopping the argunt: "You must know, she has claims to the throne! Even though her claim is very far down the line, it is still a legitimate claim!

If she chooses to eliminate the successors ahead, she could rightfully assu the throne!

Her Majesty the Empress is in poor health; Eldest Princess Annie is the only one who can counter her! If she decides to act, and we can't block her, she will naturally beco the ruler of the Empire!

No one wishes to see this scenario unfold, so we must find ways to prevent the situation from slipping into the worst-case scenario!"

"We understand the logic, but how do we stop it? If she wants, she could dissolve the National Assembly at any ti, dismiss the cabinet, even replace the Pri Minister! Not to ntion the current Pri Minister is her appointee! We've tried political ans but they haven't worked, right?" Soone lanted the main problem they faced.

It's not that they didn't try; they've attempted all ans, but the effects were discouraging.

To confront Perfikot, one must face her imnse influence in the Northern Territory, whether in politics, military, or public opinion; nobody can rival Perfikot in the Northern Territory.

Though it's a depressing fact, even the most stubborn royalists must admit that even Eldest Princess Annie, who suppressed colonial division, struggles to match Perfikot's influence.

Without the legitimate heir status and the noble royal banner she possesses, Eldest Princess Annie wouldn't qualify to confront Perfikot at all.

In fact, even with these advantages, Eldest Princess Annie can only lead royalists in opposing the Northern Faction within the cabinet and cannot escalate to a direct confrontation with Perfikot.

It's precisely because of this situation that leads to greater despair.

"If political ans fail, then let's use military ans! Solve the issue of Count Brandelis with force!" Soone finally spoke with brute determination, deciding to overturn the table.

"Are you insane?! Use force to solve it? Are you trying to ignite a war between the royal family and the North?" In reaction to the radical proposal, so promptly stood against such reckless strategy.

"No, we don't need to go to war with the North; as long as we can solve Count Brandelis, everything is settled!" The one who proposed military solutions cried out excitedly, growing more fervent as they elaborated: "What we need is to eliminate Count Brandelis' threat to royal authority, not kill her, so we only need to defeat her!

Her main forces are in her stronghold, Chernobyl. Although Beloburg is Northern territory, with the royal family and Imperial Center stationed here, significant influence is exerted. Loyal royal troops are also garrisoned in this city!

If we could lure Count Brandelis to Beloburg, then coordinate with royal loyalists to launch a surprise attack, force her disarmant, and compel her to renounce Northern control, it will all be over!"

"Are you serious?" Clearly, everyone was stunned by this absurd and bold plan, seemingly mad and wildly ambitious.
