Although Perfikot requested to see Miss Aili as soon as possible, she did not appear before Perfikot imdiately.

Perfikot didn't mind this, but still dispatched the Brotherhood's assassins to investigate her.

"Count, we found out that Miss Aili appeared in Beloburg more than two months ago," an assassin quickly reported to Perfikot and explained, "The first person to encounter Miss Aili was the daughter of a wealthy rchant. She t Miss Aili at a settlent near Beloburg that had been destroyed by a blizzard and brought her back to Beloburg."

Investigating such matters was naturally a breeze for the assassins around Perfikot, especially since Miss Aili had only appeared for less than two months, and much information was still easy to find.

"Brought back to the city by a rchant's daughter? That's rather interesting." This developnt gave Perfikot a strange sense of déjà vu.

In her original world, many unexpected developnts in old film and television works began with encountering strangers in the wild.

Especially in so tales of the supernatural, running into sothing unclean often started with eting a beautiful maiden in the wilderness.

Perfikot beca curious and began flipping through the investigation report brought back by the assassins.

The report stated that Miss Aili claid to be a traveler. While traveling in the Northern Territory, she encountered a blizzard and was trapped in the snow-destroyed settlent.

After accompanying the rchant's daughter to Beloburg, Miss Aili didn't cling to the rchant's daughter but rather made a living by selling paintings as an artist, quickly gaining the appreciation of a noble known for their art appreciation in Beloburg.

She only took about half a month to earn enough to get a two-story building as her residence and further entered Beloburg's high society social circle.

Subsequently, she t Kallen and beca very close to her.

Later, a significant part of the economic revitalization policy issued by Kallen was greatly influenced by this Miss Aili.

It can be said that in these three months, the most influential person in all of Beloburg was this Miss Aili.

So even good-naturedly compared Miss Aili with Perfikot, suggesting that they were the most outstanding won of the Empire.

Although this statent wasn't widely recognized, the re fact that it was made hinted that Miss Aili's abilities were extraordinary.

After all, being able to be compared with Perfikot, even if not completely equal, was not sothing an ordinary person could achieve.

And this further fueled Perfikot's suspicion of Miss Aili.

A woman of unknown origin, making a na for herself in Beloburg in just two short months, and even able to be covertly compared with her…

Perfikot believed that even if she herself tried to do the sa, it wouldn't be easy, and she was a Transmigrator with the Divine Artifact Jade Record, so how could ordinary people compare to her?

It was clear that this Miss Aili was by no ans simple.

Perfikot even suspected she had a deep connection with the Divine, possibly being one of the gods.

Although lacking necessary evidence, Perfikot believed her judgnt was likely correct.

"Do we have this Miss Aili's current whereabouts?" Perfikot looked at the assassin in front of her, inquiring about the situation.

"Miss Aili has recently been staying at the Royal Shipyard. It's said she's very interested in the construction of the Floating Battleship and has been invited to attend the floatship's maiden voyage ceremony the day after tomorrow," the assassin replied to Perfikot.

Perfikot nodded and imdiately instructed, "Keep a close eye on her and don't let her cause any trouble at the ceremony."

Perfikot was unsure exactly who this Miss Aili was, but it was certainly right to keep a close watch on her.

-----------------

In the blink of an eye, the day of the Floating Battleship's maiden voyage arrived. As the Empire's most powerful figure second only to the Empress, Perfikot's position was, naturally, arranged at the central place next to the Empress herself.

Perfikot actually didn't care about this position. If soone planned to place her in a corner, she might feel more comfortable.

After all, the central spot was also the most conspicuous, and both she and the Empress drew a lot of attention from the audience present.

If anyone wanted to do sothing during the ceremony, attacking her and the Empress would be the most suitable approach.

Of course, in such a public ceremony, the security asures were extrely tight, and if anyone truly intended to cause trouble, Perfikot would teach them what true cruelty entailed.

The four Knights in Steam Armor by her side, if they went all out, could even slay a Divine for you!

Not to ntion, Beifa was also in her armor today.

"Your retinue today is rather large; are you worried soone might attempt to assassinate you?" Empress Annie noticed the Steam Knights around Perfikot and asked with a jesting whisper.

"I never worry about soone trying to assassinate , nor do I believe anyone can kill ." In response to the Empress's inquiry, Perfikot just smiled faintly. "But I'm concerned that soone might make trouble during the ceremony, so taking so security asures is safer."

"This doesn't seem like your character; what kind of unexpected event could make you so cautious?" Empress Annie, fueled by curiosity, turned to look at Perfikot.

Perfikot rely gave a mysterious smile and didn't explain to Empress Annie.

Her eyes scanned the audience around them, searching for Miss Aili.

Perfikot had never t Miss Aili, but based on the information gathered, Miss Aili was undoubtedly a very conspicuous person.

Therefore, Perfikot wasn't worried about being unable to recognize her.

Empress Annie noticed Perfikot's actions, seed to recall sothing, and asked Perfikot, "Are you looking for Miss Aili?"

"What? Even Her Majesty the Empress knows of her reputation?" Perfikot raised her eyebrows and looked at Empress Annie.

She did not expect that even the Empress would pay attention to Miss Aili.

"She's rumored to be comparable to you; how could I, as the Empress, not take interest?" Empress Annie slightly raised the corners of her mouth, ready to say sothing, when she suddenly noticed a striking figure in the audience below.

She pointed to that figure and said, "Look, that's Miss Aili, a very noticeable lady."

Following the Empress's gesture, Perfikot saw a beautiful woman with long pink hair.
