The parking space of Fore City College was located a few ters away from school premises.
Janine drove the Budi R8 Coupe there while Roland alighted the vehicle and began walking towards the school's gate.
Due to their unique college policy, Fore City College allowed their students anything they liked as long as it was not too revealing and not too daring.
Right now, Roland was wearing a plain white shirt and a black pants paired with a black sneakers. He had a black n's shoulder bag from a popular brand. All of this was bought by Stacey for him when they went into shopping at Brine City.
From that alone, one could tell how Stacey would like to pamper Roland. The difference between her attitude towards Roland was like heaven and earth compared to Anna's treatnt of him.
Of their two years being together, Roland did not rember any single instance that Anna had bought him anything. All the ti, it was Roland who would save so of his part-ti salary to buy her so gifts.
Roland waited in front of the gate for a few minutes before Janine arrived.
Right now, she was wearing a skirt paired with a loose jacket and a small backpack behind her back. Her short black hair was left untied, hanging right over her shoulder.
Roland nodded her head towards her as they entered the gate.
Roland gives the security guard his school id for verification while Janine told the guard that she just recently transferred and doesn't have a school id yet. Fortunately, the guard was not strict and allowed them to pass along with many other students.
They then separated in two ways as Janine's classroom was in another direction.
Roland looked around and began observing the whole campus as he walked towards his classroom.
Two weeks had gone by since the last ti that he was here. Two weeks might be short for others but in that span of ti, Roland has already changed a lot.
He left as the pathetic Roland whose world only revolved around Anna, and he ca two weeks later as a new person.
As he walked, Roland could not help but feel emotional after realizing how he had changed for the better in just the span of two weeks.
He attributed all of his change to the System, he does not dare taking credit for any of it.
Without the System appearing at the right mont during that ti, he might have already taken his life due to how he was devastated during that ti.
As they say, it was during your darkest mont that you would also have your darkest thoughts. With his past bad experiences, Roland does not doubt that he would surely think of taking his own life to end his suffering for good.
Fortunately, the System arrived and was bound to him on ti.
As he walked with slow steps, Roland began observing the campus that he once loathed on being part of.
Although it was still early in the morning, the campus was already bustling in activities. Students were already rushing to and fro, trying to search for their classroom and engage with small talks and gossip with each other.
Fore City College was the biggest college in Fore City, befitting of its na. It offered a variety of courses and academic programs. It has a lot of facilities befitting its reputation of being the best among the colleges in Fore City.
On the outside, Fore City College has strict requirents in enrolling.
You need to pass an extrely hard entrance exam in order to get enrolled. However, what everyone in the public did not know was that as long as you have the money, you could actually enter this prestigious school quite easily. Roland learned this the hard way when he realized how many unqualified students this school has.
The tuition fee of Fore City College was not that expensive as well compared to other private institutions. Roland only managed to enroll because he scored high during the entrance exam, allowing him to have a hundred percent discount as long as he maintained a high grade.
Roland was soone who would always avoid trouble if he could. It was just that there were tis that trouble would just co your way and no matter how you want to avoid it, it would just follow you everywhere and let you suffer.
This was how Roland felt while inside the campus before.
Normally, with his looks, no one should have found any trouble with him.
However, Fore City College was a school with a lot of materialistic students.
Each of them wore branded clothes and bags, flaunting their wealth almost every day around the campus.
Roland, who could only afford ordinary clothes, was seen as soone who was dirty, even though he had good looks. Perhaps, this was also the reason why Anna was embarrassed of revealing their relationship to the public before.
Like the other students here, Anna was also quite materialistic.
It could be said that Anna had found her peers the mont she set foot inside the campus.
Roland chuckled at the thought of that. It looked like Anna truly belonged here on this campus. She fits too well with the kind of people here.
After a few minutes, Roland finally arrived at the building where his room was located.
Roland did not waste any more ti as he walked directly towards his classroom.
His class would start at 8:00 am but it was still 7:45.
As he walked forward, Roland noticed that there were already a lot of people inside his classroom. He heard a lot of voices inside, indicating how lively it was inside.
Roland finally reached the door and with a single step, he entered his after two weeks of sestral break.
As his foot stepped on the room, multiple eyes were imdiately drawn towards him.
A deafening silence suddenly pervaded the air.
Everyone looked at Roland with doubts on their face.
Roland ignored them and went towards the edge of the second row. His walking speed was normal, and his posture was upright and full of confidence.
He sat at the last chair on the second row, ignoring the gazes of everyone.
The mont he sat; the people around finally woke up from their daze.
Seeing Roland again, his classmates could not help but talk to themselves again in hush voice.
"Is that Roland? Why does it feel like sothing is different around him?"
