Dean Castro and Fernan looked at each other in confusion.
Stacey's words were easy to understand but were difficult to accept. Especially for Dean Castro, who obviously knows of Roland's 'real' situation.
He looked at Stacey and asked, "I-is that true?"
Dean Castro still didn't believe it. No, he can't believe it. This was very illogical and confusing.
Stacey rely smiled and nodded her head, confirming the truthfulness of her earlier words.
Suddenly, Dean Castro recalled Roland's words earlier.
'Right, Roland already said that he is the owner. I just didn't believe it back then…'
A hint of sha appeared on his face, recalling how he laughed at his words earlier. He thought that Roland must have been laughing hard deep inside earlier when he rejected his words earlier.
Compared to him, Fernan, who was clueless of Roland's past, was able to accept the situation more quickly.
He cald himself from the embarrassnt and stood up as he began to reintroduce himself. They disregarded Roland earlier, so he thought that he should make it up by introducing himself formally first.
"I apologize for our mistake. We are not aware of your real identity, I hope that you don't mind it too much. Allow to reintroduce myself, Mr. Roland. I am Fernan, a friend of Mr. Castro here. Aside from doing business, I am also the second Councilor of Fore City after Councilor Brown."
He extended his hands and bowed his head a little bit.
Roland smiled and took his hand without much thought.
"Don't worry about it. I can understand your apprehension regarding my identity," he said with a smile on his face.
The reason why Roland was all smiles was due to the notification that he received from the system.

Seeing the familiar words elated Roland. His eyes twinkled inwardly but he remained composed on the outside, shaking Fernan's hand as if nothing in particular had happened.
He was surprised to know that Fernan was the second councilor of Fore City. He was right behind Councilor Brown.
Knowing that both of them were Fore City's councilors, Roland could not help but size him up once more. He also raised his guard, as he was worried that Councilor Brown might have sent this man over to scout him.
On the other hand, Dean Castro finally stood up from his seat as well. He reluctantly accepted the situation seeing how respectful Fernan had acted to Roland without hesitation.
There was nothing he could bla other than himself. Roland had already told him the truth but he just did not believe it. He blad himself for being ignorant.
Fortunately, Roland was not a petty person and did not take it to mind too much. He just laughed it off, earning the approval of both old n.

When Roland inford her earlier that he was eting with the Dean and that the Dean did not believe his words, she imdiately realized what he was trying to do.
She was already familiar with Roland's favorite hobby.
He liked to pretend to be weak and face-slap people in perfect timing.
As his girlfriend, Stacey would naturally support him all the way. This was also what made her fall for Roland. She smiled as she looked at the embarrassed face of Dean Castro, Councilor Fernan and then to Roland's smiling face.
After the reintroduction, the group finally decided to eat.
The table went silent as each of them enjoyed the fried chicken of heaven heartily.
After they were done eating, a waiter ca to clean their table upon Stacey's request.
Now that everyone had filled their stomach, it was finally ti to talk about the real reason for their eting.
It was Dean Castro who spoke first.
"Well, I apologize again for doubting you earlier, Mr. Roland. So, the reason why I wanted to et with you is actually very simple.
I see a huge potential in Sparkling Buds and wish to purchase a franchise if possible. I would also like to know the terms and conditions on obtaining one as well and so other details."

Dean Castro went straight to the point as he knew his friend Fernan still had sothing important to say.
Upon hearing that, surprise was written on Roland's face.
It was still a few hours ago that he was trying to search for connections through the branch establishnt of Sparkling Buds. Martin was hesitating while Jallen was still being contacted by Mr. Frank. Roland did not expect that a franchisee would approach him right at this mont.
A smile surfaced on his face as he said, "Sure, no problem. As for the specific details, you can contact Stacey here and she will tell you everything that you need to know."
It was a good thing that Dean Castro did not ask to beco a shareholder of the company, else, Roland would surely reject him right away. At this mont, Roland was the person who didn't need any shareholders or investors for his company at all.
This was supposed to be an exclusive deal for Martin, however, he was still hesitating and the deadline that Roland set for him was approaching quickly. Martin would surely regret this decision in the future.
Hearing that Sparkling Buds was truly available for franchise, a beaming smile appeared on Dean Castro's face.
When he tasted the fried chicken of heaven for the first ti, he truly felt like he was being sent to heaven.
Right then and there, he imdiately decided that he must purchase a franchise of this business.
As for the location, of course, he planned to build it near his house.
