Chapter 829: Chapter 827: Ignition (Part 1) Chapter 829: Chapter 827: Ignition (Part 1) What heavy losses!

Facing the SAN Points that had already dropped below fifty, Fu Qian couldn’t help but feel a surge of emotion.

Fighting really is harmful to one’s physical and ntal health!

Of course, if he had to do it all over again, Fu Qian would still burn his SAN Points down to double digits without hesitation.

Another point worth contemplating was that, after the great battle, there wasn’t a leisure quest, but instead, a level one item had co up, and even—

“Choose the skills and equipnt you wish to carry.”

The prompt that echoed in his ear indicated that this mission didn’t limit abilities.

A level one item that didn’t restrict abilities—it must be said, this midnight activity was just too thrilling.

Shaking his head, Fu Qian nonchalantly selected all skills, and as for the equipnt, he took whatever was convenient to carry.

“…4%…6%…10%…18%…34%…66%…100%, containnt scene loading complete.”

“In the incredible dinsions, here lies a city filled with splendor.

Its unprecedented inclusiveness allows you to witness any whimsical fancy.

All unconventional things are accepted amidst criticism.

Of course, these are only appearances; its essence is profound and tranquil, manifested by the fact that any intrusions from outsiders eventually subside.

In short, when acting here, it’s best to avoid standing out too much.”

When his senses ca back, Fu Qian felt his body swaying unsteadily.

Easily maintaining his balance, he looked up and saw a beautifully decorated space; beneath him was a soft cushion.

Not very large, and empty except for himself.

A carriage?

Fu Qian quickly realized he was sitting in so sort of vehicle.

Of course, for a carriage, this speed was already quite decent.

Continuing to maintain the role of a passenger and not rushing to make any moves, Fu Qian silently pondered over what he had just heard.

The phrasing did seem a bit odd.

He had witnessed the splendor; even a carriage’s interior decoration could be described as lavish and exquisite.

But “incredible dinsions” no matter how it’s heard, didn’t seem like sothing from the real world.

However, one comforting aspect—

Fu Qian touched himself and, though not in his usual appearance and body shape, he was clearly in full gear, and his strength had not diminished in the slightest.

While contemplating whether to put on the Pontiff’s Gifted Mask, the next mont Fu Qian furrowed his brow, stood up in the swaying carriage, and took two steps back.

Boom!

A loud noise resounded as a hefty billboard plumted from the sky, smashing the back half of the carriage to pieces.

Hahaha!

Only then did crazed laughter co from above, sounding rather jubilant.

He thought from the mission introduction it was going to be Eternal Hamlet, but in actuality, was it more of a Sin City style?

Stepping down from the ruined carriage, Fu Qian leaned on a bent axle.

The Coachman was clearly experienced, promptly controlling the power source to prevent more serious consequences.

And from this angle, one could see on the towering building’s rooftop a man with rainbow-colored hair, his face painted white, laughing wildly as if very pleased with his own masterpiece.

Theoretically, shouldn’t buildings like these not coexist with carriages from the sa era?

But Fu Qian didn’t imdiately attend to him, considering another issue.

He suddenly had a more intuitive understanding of the “inclusiveness” ntioned in the mission introduction.

“Hello there, lucky young man!”

And the next mont, the rooftop terrorist clearly noticed Fu Qian, still intact, and not only showed no disappointnt but laughed even more heartily.

The next instant, amid creaking noises, another billboard from the rooftop whistled downward, not much smaller than the one on the ground.

Unfortunately, this ti the aim wasn’t as good.

Amid the loud noise, Fu Qian stood still, and the billboard fell ten ters away from him.

This situation visibly frustrated the man on the rooftop.

Although he was left wanting, there were no other billboards at hand.

After scratching his head in frustration, he seed to co up with sothing, standing on the rooftop’s edge while spreading his arms and looking up at the sky.

In the next mont, before anyone else could react, he leaped from the building, tracing a pleasurable scream through the air.

Without unfolding any wings or parachute mid-fall, about five seconds later, he landed squarely on the ground with the posture of free fall, creating a crater upon impact.

What’s more exaggerated, under the imnse force of the impact, it seed as if all his body fluids had been squeezed from his pores, soaking him in a black viscous substance.

Not a normal person after all, right?

Watching the terrorist crawl on the ground, struggling to kneel, Fu Qian nodded to himself.

He had already noticed that his aura was sowhat inhuman, feeling it was at least of Middle Tier standard.

“Nice dive, what should I call you?”

Watching the deford skull in front of him quickly regenerate, Fu Qian nodded in appreciation.

“Damn it, just missed by that much…”

However, the man himself was clearly not too satisfied, spending a full half-minute to get up from the ground.

“You’ve ruined my grand entrance, you little rodent.”

“Ah? Was I standing in the wrong spot?”

Fu Qian feigned a sudden realization.

He was clearly saying that Fu Qian’s standing position was wrong, for not letting him land the hit.

“That’s really unfortunate.”

The next mont, Fu Qian actually apologized, and even pointed up at the building.

“You can go back up and try again, I won’t make a mistake this ti.”

It was clear that the other party felt the sincerity in Fu Qian’s words.

After a few seconds of silence, the man got up from the ground, straightened up his bloodstained clothes, and glanced at the wreckage nearby.

“I hate carriages.”

After leaving that remark, the man walked away without looking back, and within just a dozen ters or so, his previously injured leg stepped steadily, looking completely normal.

If he truly hated them, smashing them wouldn’t help much; the best thod would be to go invent a car, that would truly represent history’s relentless wheels.

With such reflection, Fu Qian moved to the front of the carriage and checked on the Coachman who had already taken cover to one side.

“Are you alright?”

“I’m fine.”

The Coachman, dressed formally in shirt and vest, appeared relatively composed for the mont.

“Good.”

Fu Qian didn’t say much, his gaze then turning to the remaining half of the carriage.

Is this… a bio-powered Batmobile?

In that instant, Fu Qian felt his imagination had been challenged.

The remaining front half of the carriage was starkly different from the interior decor.

The sleek black exterior featured crisscrossing sharp lines that, at a glance, even resembled a crouching bat.

This place really has its quirks!

With that thought, Fu Qian sensed sothing and looked towards a certain corner of the street.

The next mont, he spotted a pair of emotionless eyes, quietly watching him.

Straight up a Demigod present?

And judging by the looks of it, the other party had also realized Fu Qian was a Demigod.
