The one being bound is the Forest Goddess!

Even though She had lost Her form, almost ceased to resemble any sort of human figure, now nothing but a vast mass, a bound surge of Divine Power, the people of Senya still recognized their Goddess in an instant!

Looking upon the Goddess’s current state, a fury more primal than life and death, surpassing all things, erupted in their hearts!

Their faith in the Forest Goddess was beyond anything ordinary belief could describe.

It would not be an exaggeration to say the entire race was created by the Forest Goddess.

And at this mont, as the gods decided to annihilate the world, destroying all, the Forest Goddess—who was wronged for refusing this extinction—was all the more precious to the people of Senya.

But now.

This being, sacred beyond words to all Senyans, was here, even Her fallen divine body chained, exploited, used to obliterate the people She cherished.

This extre rage could not be put into words.

Many could not bear it; their anger overwheld them to the point of fainting.

Even the King of Senya, at this mont, lost all composure unlike ever before, his eyes seeming fit to burst!

Even that day in the great hall, confronted with the gods’ descent, the King of Senya had only waited for death in despair, never like this.

Utter fury, anger so consuming it defied all bounds, yet still, he could do nothing.

He could only, through the mirror, plead helplessly to Wizard Shen Yu.

As for his daughter, she had already fainted at the first instant, overco by anguish and grief beyond asure.

And at this mont, Necros, the God of Disease, was still laughing with abandon.

"Did you think you could truly evade divine punishnt with but a re mortal?" Necros knew he’d been sent as a pawn, a tester for the All Heavens Divine Court.

To call him a disposable pawn was not an overstatent.

But so what?

Among the gods, his status was among the weakest, so fragile that to be sent out as a pawn he could not even muster the courage for the slightest defiance.

Yet in front of these mortals, he was still a Divine Spirit!

The supre sovereign!

He could tornt them at whim, with cruelty and violence, even using their most beloved Goddess’s divine body and Divine Power to destroy them!

And as for the Magic Emperor?

He too was but a fragile mortal!

Today, unless those in the Divine Court truly did descend and break their own decrees to interfere in this farcical trial, no one could stop him from slaughtering them all!

"Where should I begin?" Necros scanned the feeble ants below, watching their terrified eyes as his barbarity and ecstasy swelled.

The pent-up dissatisfaction and dread could finally be unleashed.

Then, where to begin?

The chains in his hand continued to draw Divine Power from the Forest Goddess’s divine body, transforming that force, causing all the trees in the forest below to erupt in frenzied growth.

But among those growing trees, a plague most excruciating to humans was sown!

The God of Disease could not wield the Forest Goddess’s authority simply by possessing Her divine body.

He could only borrow remnants of Her Divine Power’s unique traits.

This was an exceedingly inefficient thod.

Yet at this mont, it still granted Necros, God of Disease, a joy he had never before tasted.

As the God of Disease, his authority was aningless among gods untouched by disease; only mortals could taste its true power. But now, to manipulate the forest itself—such bliss!

For the people of Senya, however, this was doubled tornt.

Among the Senyans were many mages, who now, burning with rage, charged toward the God of Disease.

It was all futile.

Their training in Demon Pattern ditation thod was too brief. Even the few whose Magic Power had reached Legendary Level had not completed the third fusion; and even if they had, before a true Divine Spirit they were still powerless.

One by one, they collapsed in agony.

All manner of plagues ran rampant in their bodies.

"No need to rush—we have plenty of ti!" Even the God of Disease was reluctant to end these pathetic lives too swiftly.

He was now like a child squatting over an anthill, crushing one after another, or washing them away bit by bit with a water bottle, relishing the thrill of dispensing tornt without restraint.

"Your Majesty the Emperor!" The King of Senya issued his final trembling cry.

He was not alone.

At this very mont, confronted with a sadistic god and their Goddess’s humiliation, all the people of Senya thought of no one but Wizard Shen Yu!

And Wizard Shen Yu, at this mont, felt his own wrath ignite.

His hatred for the Divine Spirits had already been stoked to a peak by the ruined civilizations he’d recently discovered—now his fury needed no words.

He abandoned the Teleportation Magic he’d ant to cast, instead using Gray Mist to instantly appear before the Royal Capital of Senya.

"You’re here, mortal." Necros saw Wizard Shen Yu, yet showed no fear—instead growing even more exhilarated, greeting proactively as he floated in midair above, peering down at the unique mortal. "Do you care for these people? It matters not—I’ll let you take them, I swear not to interfere. Take as many as you can, as many as you wish!"
