In the overwhelming majority of cases, it is basically impossible for a world's civilization to simultaneously maintain very powerful technological developnt and a very powerful Extraordinary Level.
The two actually conflict with each other in the developntal process of a civilization.
Developnt in science and technology tends to take the entire civilization into account.
Whereas an Extraordinary System only considers the individual.
Under such circumstances, if a world possesses the potential to wield a powerful Extraordinary Power, then it is very difficult for it to form the path and environnt required for technological developnt.
From the situation of that Human Civilization within the previous Primordial World, one can already see a thing or two.
Although the developnt of that Human Civilization was, to a large extent, affected by calamities, it also in fact represented the conflict between these two paths.
The stronger they are, the more this is the case.
In so worlds where Extraordinary Power is relatively weak, it is still possible to develop a powerful technological civilization, but in powerful worlds, this is basically impossible.
Yet an enemy like the one before them now seed to have already appeared.
And the reason was easy to guess.
It was just as High-Level Martial Artist Shen Yu had said: even if Force One had really completely vanished, the legacy they left behind would still be enough to nurture an extraordinary civilization.
"The civilization in this Elental World— even if it truly has no ability to travel to the All Heavens World— must still be a powerful civilization. To so extent, we should treat it as an All Heavens civilization. No one knows what kind of trump cards they might hold in their hands." The other Shen Yus all nodded in succession.

Then the Gray Mist would directly restore that person's body, including brain cells and the mory carriers within those brain cells, and it would even restore the technological-level self-awareness in one go.
Such a direction is understandable in terms of technical ans.
Thus, when Shen Yu posed this question, he was essentially asking what kind of technical direction could ensure concealnt within this Elental World.
High-Level Martial Artist Shen Yu did not beat around the bush. He had long since understood the properties of the Gray Mist, so naturally he would not be unprepared.
So he had already made records in advance.
