This was the first ti Martial Artist Shen Yu had witnessed such active vines in person.
At present, he also reached out and grabbed a continuously writhing vine to try it out.
Yet he slightly furrowed his brow.
"My Primordial Spirit Power may not match Old Madam Liu’s, but it’s not weak. Even without using Mana, I still can’t sense it."

Judging from what these two Immortals said, they still wanted to create a targeted technique in a short period.

In fact, they knew—the Gray Mist Space’s most important resource, indeed the greatest support for the entire Association’s existence, Gray Mist, would inevitably require usage rules eventually.

"Next, I’d like to split the actual allocation of Gray Mist into two categories." Shen Yu said again, "Tentatively: forty percent of the Gray Mist obtained in each world is handed over to the Association, to be used for ergencies or for mutual Association interests. The remaining sixty percent is freely used by each world. If that ratio proves problematic—insufficient or excessive—we’ll discuss and adjust."
The rule was very simple.
Every Shen Yu gets a certain portion of Gray Mist for free use.
Work hard and you can earn more.
Likewise, if misuse creates a bigger crisis for your world, you’ll bear the consequences yourself.
