Mount Kuroya at Night...
Mist swirled and steam billowed as countless graceful figures soaked in the warm waters, resembling blooming flowers at their peak, each radiating beauty in her own way, creating a vision of stunning splendor and a contest of a hundred blossoms.
Yes, the battle among women had already begun.
Erza leaned her head back, limbs stretched out in the water, openly displaying her graceful figure. Her curves had already developed impressively, enough to make hearts race.
Mirajane, her long snow-white hair cascading like a pure snowflake, sat beside Erza, her eyes fixed on Erza's voluptuous figure, brows furrowed in a silent challenge.
"Hmph… Not defeated…"
After a while, Mirajane looked down at her own 'weapons,' a faint smile at her lips. She may have been slightly behind, but not by much.
"Sigh…"
Ultear sat not far from the two, watching them pete in silence and sighing in resignation. She glanced down at her own overly full figure, sometimes, she thought, being too well-endowed hindered her bat abilities.
In truth, she rather envied Wendy, Mavis, and Levy with their flatter physiques, at least they wouldn't be hindered during battle.
"So hot~"
Ur's delicate face flushed red from the rising steam.
She was used to cold baths, so hot springs weren't really her thing.
"Ahhh, I'm getting dizzy~"
Beside Ur was Cana, soaking in the spring with a wine barrel in hand. Her brain had already started short-circuiting from the alcohol.
"Cana! You're not supposed to drink alcohol in the hot spring!"
Levy shouted urgently, seeing Cana start to sway.
At the center of this blooming paradise, of course, were Irene and Selene.
Irene resembled a thorned rose, stunningly beautiful, yet too dangerous to touch.
Selene, by contrast, was like moonlight incarnate, pure, ethereal, her white-gold hair flowing freely in the water.
Yet her foxlike, seductive eyes added an irresistible edge to that pristine aura.
Though both wore faint smiles, everyone could sense the tension between them, there was clearly an invisible contest underway.
"So big… seriously big… insanely big…"
Mavis, sitting at the edge of the pool, her trademark ahoge bouncing atop her head, watched the sea of curves, Erza, Mirajane, Ul, Ultear, Selene, Irene…
Each glance was like another slap to her ego.
"I didn't think bathing could be this enjoyable… humans really know how to live."
Seilah leaned against the edge of the pool, enjoying the water flowing over her.
It was her first time in a natural hot spring, having spent most of her life shut indoors.
"So full…"
Mavis turned to look, locking eyes on Seilah's shapely figure. Her green eyes sparkled.
"Um… Your name's Seilah, right?"
Mavis thought for a moment, then decided to strike up a conversation.
"Hmm? Yes, my name is Seilah, or you can call me Lunar Sky Seilah. Whatever works."
Seilah blinked at the question, then smiled and nodded politely at Mavis.
After nearly a year living with Fairy Tail, Seilah had begun to take on the "shape" of the guild.
Sometimes, she even felt that humans weren't so bad after all.
Granted, the ones in Fairy Tail weren't quite what you'd call typical humans…
The members of Fairy Tail had definitely… mutated.
"Se-Seilah…"
"I have a rather rude question… are you a demon?!"
Mavis looked nervously at the pair of horns protruding from Seilah's head.
"Huh? You figured it out, huh? Must've been the horns, they really do make it hard to hide.
Yes, I'm a demon~"
Seilah looked surprised at the question but answered truthfully.
Something about Mavis made her feel at ease, she found Mavis a little clumsy but very sweet.
Seilah didn't know why, but… she really liked Mavis.
"So you are a demon~"
"Then Seilah… could it be you're one of those demons created by the black mage Zeref?"
Mavis nodded, as if confirming her own guess, then looked seriously at Seilah and asked the question that had been on her mind.
"Huh? So you really saw through me…"
"Yes, I'm not one of those second-rate imitations made from Ether-nano particles.
I'm a true demon, one of the originals created by Lord Zeref himself!"
"I used to be a member of the Nine Demon Gates of Tartaros, the Lunar Sky Seilah from Zeref's bookshelf…"
"But that was the past. Now, I'm just an ordinary Fairy Tail wizard."
"I didn't even pass the S-Class exam…"
Seilah looked a bit embarrassed. She was, after all, a demon personally crafted by Zeref, powerful enough to annihilate a city on her own, an existence feared across nations.
Though she hadn't done much in the past 400 years, always staying home, her reputation, thanks to her rades, was still massive.
And yet, upon joining Fairy Tail, she quickly realized she couldn't even crack the top ten.
Every S-Class wizard in the guild was stronger than her.
This realization shattered her confidence so thoroughly, she didn't even dare mention she was one of the legendary demons from Zeref's grimoires.
"Heheh…"
"So you really were created by Zeref, huh~"
Mavis stared at Seilah's voluptuous figure, falling deep into thought.
If Seilah had been designed by Zeref himself, then surely her flawless body and beautiful face must've reflected his preferences?
That hourglass figure… even as a girl, Mavis found it irresistibly attractive.
So Zeref… must really like full-figured women?
Otherwise, there was no reason to design Seilah's body with such care, right?
As this thought settled in, Mavis's ahoge stood straight up like it had been struck by lightning, then drooped sadly down, as if all hope had drained from her.
"Mavis? What's wrong?"
Seilah blinked at the sudden change in Mavis's demeanor. The girl had gone pale, like a monochrome photo, pletely out of sync with the vibrant world around her.
"It's nothing…"
"Please… just ignore me. I'm not worthy of joining your conversation…"
Mavis curled up in the water, leaving only her little head above the surface, and muttered softly.
"Eh?!"
Unfortunately, as a demon, Seilah didn't quite understand human emotions, and had no idea how deeply she'd just wounded the adorable girl before her.
"Well then… I suppose it's time to begin this year's Fairy Tail Women's Association meeting?"
Just as Mavis sank into her existential despair, Irene suddenly spoke up.
"Hehe, indeed~"
"It's definitely time…"
"We need to finalize that matter."
Selene licked her lips seductively, a mysterious smile playing across her face.
"Eh? President Irene, Vice President Selene…
Wasn't this get-together just to help us relax?
Is there something we still have to do?"
Lisanna, playing with a rubber duck in the water, looked up at the two and asked curiously.
"Of course not…"
"We gathered everyone because there's something very important to discuss."
Irene shook her head. If it were just for relaxation, there would've been no need for such a formal meeting.
"President Irene, what exactly are we here to discuss?"
Mirajane looked at her calmly and asked.
"Why, it's about.."
Irene smiled lightly, then opened her mouth to speak.
"…It's something related to our spokesperson!"
"…Something related to men, actually!"
The next second, Irene and Selene spoke in unison, looking at the group.
"Eh?! Something about men…"
As their words fell, the entire bathhouse suddenly filled with pink, dreamy bubbles of misunderstanding and tension.
"Don't mind the b*tch standing next to me!"
"This meeting is actually to choose a spokesperson for our Women's Association!"
"To represent us, this so-called 'marginalized group', to the rest of the guild…"
Irene said this with a beaming smile as the bathhouse fell into a brief silence.
"Whew…"
With Irene's clarification, everyone visibly relaxed and let out a collective breath.
After all, aside from Selene, most of the girls present were either pure-hearted or lacked experience, and they really didn't have much to say about men.
"Huh? What's the point of a girls' meeting if we don't talk about men?!"
"That's like a guys' meeting where no one talks about women, boring…"
Just as the tension faded, Selene chimed in casually.
"Eh?!"
"Why are we back on that topic again?!"
The girls' expressions changed instantly, Selene had circled the conversation right back to dangerous waters.
"When it es to men, I think all the guys in the guild, aside from Evan, are way too skinny. Like little stick dogs."
"I mean, seriously, if they don't even have a thing that's over ten meters long, how can you even call them men? Am I right?"
Before anyone could stop her, Selene took the wheel and drove straight off the rails, locking the car doors and slamming the gas pedal all the way down. No one could stop her now.
"Ten meters?! Isn't that… just way too much?!"
Blushing furiously, the girls in the bath looked around nervously, pletely overwhelmed by Selene's standards.
Of course, Selene was speaking from the perspective of a dragon, not a human.
"This is bad… this is very bad!"
Erza's face flushed as she muttered something incoherent under her breath, stunned.
"How big would that even be…?"
Mirajane's forehead was drenched in cold sweat. Her eyes scanned the area before finally resting on the towering century-old pine tree by the pool…
She fell silent.
"Ah…"
After a few moments of staring at the tree, Mirajane tilted her head back and fainted into the water, a ghostly white wisp escaping her lips.
"Big Sis Mira, are you okay?!"
"My dear big sister, please don't scare me like this!"
Lisanna quickly rushed forward, catching her sister and shaking her anxiously.
"It's hopeless… that's something beyond human prehension… I guess I'll have to give up on Evan and marry Erza instead…"
Mirajane, lying limply in Lisanna's arms, began muttering incoherently.
The Yuri energy was overflowing!!!
"Even if you give up on Evan, you still can't marry Big Sis Erza…"
"Oh no, she's pletely delirious…"
"e back to us, Big Sis Mira!"
Tears formed at the corners of Lisanna's eyes as she tried to wake her sister, her voice full of worry.
Selene's words had spread like wildfire, setting the entire bathhouse into chaos and uncertainty.
"I told you, don't listen to this b*tch. And Evan is a human."
Irene sighed helplessly as she tried to restore order. She had said it many times before, Evan, just like herself, was human, he just looked a little too much like a dragon.
She and Evan were nothing like Selene, that licentious dragon.
"Right… Evan does have a human form…"
With Irene's reassurance, both Mirajane and Erza snapped out of their daze and regained clarity, as if resurrected from shock.
"My future is destined to be filled with women on both arms!"
Mirajane's eyes gleamed with wild ambition.
(Though, whether that ambition came from her Demon Soul magic's side effects was still up for debate…)
"Looks like she's not pletely back to normal yet…"
Lisanna wiped the sweat from her brow, staring at her sister with growing unease.
Of course, aside from the semi-recovered Mirajane and Erza…
"What are they talking about?"
Some had no idea what was even happening, like Wendy, Kagura, the drunk Cana, or Ultear, who'd grown so jaded after seeing Gray and Lyon's antics too many times that she'd lost all interest in men.
"…"
Bit by bit, order began to return to the scene with Irene's intervention.
"Well then, let's move on to the spokesperson discussion!"
"We need someone with enough status in the guild to represent us women…"
"After much thought, I've decided the best candidate is, Mavis."
With things settled down, Irene revealed the main reason for the meeting.
"Oh! That makes sense. If we need someone with both status and influence, no one's better than Mavis."
Erza nodded seriously.
"Yeah! Totally!"
"After all, Mavis was the first Guild Master. If she speaks, even Master Precht, Master Warrod, and Master Makarov would have to listen."
Mirajane chimed in in full agreement.
"Huh? Me? As the spokesperson? I don't think I can do that… I'm just a ghost, after all."
Mavis blinked in surprise, then gave a small, sheepish smile.
She just wanted to enjoy time with the kids, not get involved in guild politics again.
After all, a guild didn't need two leaders at the same time.
Makarov was doing a fine job, her role was just to quietly watch over and protect everyone.
"It's fine, Mavis. The truth is, no one is more suited than you to be our representative."
"Besides… Mavis, you're also the smallest among us. So your 'chest' perfectly represents us all~"
Irene smiled sweetly as she walked up to Mavis and gently patted her on the shoulder.
"...Eh."
The cheerful expression on Mavis's face froze instantly. Her plexion turned deathly pale again.
"So… the real reason I was chosen as the spokesperson… is because of my chest size?!"
Mavis stared at Irene in stunned silence.
"Irene-senpai…"
Just then, Kagura, Wendy, and Levy stood up in unison from the water.
"Thank you!"
The next moment, the three of them bowed deeply to Irene in perfect sync.
They only had one reason for this,
From today onward, they were no longer the "smallest" in the guild.
Because Irene had officially named Mavis as the youngest, and thus the flattest.
Of course, the reason Irene made that declaration was simple, Mavis couldn't grow anymore.
The others, however, still had potential.
"So the sisterhood we just formed… ends today?"
"Love… really does fade away, huh?"
Mavis looked emotionlessly at Wendy, Kagura, and Levy, her emerald eyes filled with an indescribable melancholy.
And so, with Irene's announcement that Mavis would be the Fairy Tail Women's Association spokesperson, the bathhouse returned to a scene of joy and laughter…
But in that moment, a world where only Mavis got hurt, was born.
