Boom!
Accompanied by a dull, thunderous crash, the massive gate suddenly buckled inward.
Its structure—an interlocking lattice of iron and wood—snapped and crumbled under the violent impact, kicking up a billowing cloud of dust and debris.
Inside the brightly lit stronghold, the clamor ca to an abrupt halt as every gaze—seething with a blend of fury and murderous intent—swiveled in unison toward the entrance.
From amidst the swirling dust and smoke, a tall, slender figure slowly erged.
He was a youth of seventeen or eighteen; his black cloak fluttered slightly, and a mop of neat, short hair fell across his forehead, accentuating his exceptionally handso features. A lazy smile played upon the corners of his lips, giving him the air of soone who—quite simply—didn't take this place very seriously.
What truly drew the eye, however, were his bewitching eyes.
His left eye was a deep, azure blue—as deep as the myriad wonders of the starry cosmos; his right eye was a brilliant, golden hue—blazing with the intensity of the magnificent sun itself.
"You brat! Do you have rocks for brains? You actually dared to kick down the door of the Crimson Thorns?"
"Hahaha! Is this a lost little kitten? What a fiery temper you've got!"
"You're still wet behind the ears, yet you dare barge into a Dark Guild's territory. You must be tired of living."
In the world of Fairy Tail, Dark Guilds were as nurous as ox hairs, and their strength varied greatly. The one before him couldn't even compare to Eisenwald.
The youth gently raised his eyes and looked around.
"Bloody Thorns," his voice was clear and lodious, carrying a hint of laziness. "Yeah, you're exactly who I'm looking for."
This casual attitude instantly enraged the others.
Over a dozen magic circles lit up simultaneously. Fireballs, wind blades, rock fragnts, ice shards... various magics rained down on the youth like a storm, leaving no ti to react.
The youth didn't move a step; a faint light flickered in his azure left eye.
"Weak magic power, crude constructs... do you people even know how to use magic?"
Before his voice faded, a wall of ice suddenly appeared in front of him, as if it had always been there.
Having easily blocked all attacks, the ice wall then shattered into countless fine crystals, reflecting a cold light under the lamps.
"An opening!!!"
The youth raised his hand and pressed down lightly; the person beside him was instantly encased in rock and earth, pinned to the ground.
"Ara ara, sneak attacks aren't a very good habit."
His voice wasn't loud, yet it reached everyone's ears clearly.
"Blue... Blue and gold, heterochromatic eyes..."
From the back of the crowd, soone suddenly shuddered and cried out in terror.
"I rember now! Those eyes... Fairy Tail... Ron Chronos!"
"Ron...?!"
"Heterochromatic Ron!!!"
As a rising genius of the Fairy Tail guild, his presence imdiately struck fear into the group, extinguishing their arrogance.
So even silently retreated to the back, pushing their comrades in front of them.
Seeing this, Ron gave a light chuckle and raised his right hand, opening it slightly.
"Fla: Dragon's Roar!!!"
A complex crimson magic circle suddenly lit up in his palm, resembling layered dragon scales. The blue-gold emblem on the back of his hand seed ignited by the flas, shining brilliantly.
"Roar—!!!"
A deafening dragon's roar erupted, and the air seed to ignite from the sound as waves of scorching heat spread in all directions.
"What is that?! A dragon?!"
"You've got to be kidding , this kind of power...!"
From the center of the crimson magic circle, a ferocious dragon condensed from intense flas roared forth. As its body twisted, it whipped up a blazing firestorm and crashed into the dense crowd.
"Thunder: Thunderbolt!!!"
Ron's voice rang out again.
Above the crowd, a silver-white magic circle appeared out of thin air, carrying an aura of destruction.
"Zap—!"
Dazzling silver-white lightning exploded from the magic circle. Dozens of lightning pillars, carrying a suffocatingly violent aura, descended like divine punishnt.
Fla and thunder intertwined, easily tearing through the defenses the enemies had built.
The aftershocks scattered in all directions. The entire base collapsed in an instant, turning into ruins as the resulting dust cloud blotted out the sky.
A mont later.
From the soaring dust, Ron drifted out, his black outer robe spotless.
Looking at the wreckage that was beyond recognition, he rubbed his short hair with so distress.
"Hmm... it seems I went a bit overboard."
"Whatever. It's not a bad thing to clean out a Dark Guild's base thoroughly. Anyway, the old man will help deal with the fallout."
Ron smiled freely, shrugged indifferently, and looked up at the distant horizon.
"Co to think of it, it's been a year since I ca to this world."
A year ago, Ron hit the jackpot and caught up with the most popular way to die these days, successfully serving as soone's KPI and arriving in this world by accident.
After waking up, he discovered that his eyes had changed!
His black pupils had turned into blue and gold... the azure pupil of his left eye could analyze any magic he saw, allowing him to understand its operating principles to use it himself, and even pierce through the essence of magic to derive other spells of the sa nature.
This once led Ron to believe he was a weakened version of August, as he didn't possess magic power of such imnse quantity and quality.
Being a mini Magic King wouldn't be so bad, after all, August himself was a broken character killed off by the plot.
Later, Ron discovered that he was an enhanced version!!!
The brilliant gold pupil of his right eye gave him another ability: Fusion Creation, allowing him to fuse the magics he mastered to create entirely new spells.
"That guy Natsu should be in Hargeon by now and has probably t Lucy."
Ron chuckled, raised his hand to rub his eyes, and slowly blended into the night... Kingdom of Fiore, Magnolia.
A guild that, from the past to the future, has never stopped creating all sorts of legends—Fairy Tail!!!
Fairy Tail, a place that's actually more like a tavern than a guild.
The guild as a whole looked like a Western-style villa. A large clock hung at the very top, below which was the guild flag with a red background and white patterns, and further down was the plaque with the guild's na—
Fairy Tail!
Even from the entrance, one could faintly hear the noisy laughter and joking inside.
"I'm back."
"Yo, Ron, you're back pretty quick this ti..."
This was Cana, who was clutching a barrel and dragging Macao and Wakaba into a drinking contest; they were the guild's rowdiest drinking trio.
"Gray, clothes!"
Ron facepald as he reminded Gray, who was wandering around naked.
"Welco back..."
The guild's busiest poster girl, Mirajane, always had a gentle and sweet smile on her face.
In addition to them, there were also...
Loki, who ranked at the very top of the "Most Ideal Boyfriend" list, was currently embracing a beauty on each side, a sight that stirred up no small amount of envy;
Levy, who managed to remain focused on her studies amidst the raucous atmosphere of the tavern, along with her fellow mbers of the Shadow Gear team, Jet and Droy.
And Elfman, who constantly had "man" on his lips and possessed a volatile, highly combustible temperant—who, incidentally, also happens to be Mirajane's younger brother.
All sorts of diverse and eccentric characters had co together in a wondrous mix, infusing the guild with a lively, cheerful atmosphere every single day.
As Ron made his way through, he couldn't help but exclaim:
"These guys really are bursting with energy!"
