"Dodge, dodge, dodge!"
Ron muttered to himself, his body swaying slightly from side to side, effortlessly dodging the storm-like onslaught from Natsu and Gajeel.
Flas and iron rods missed their mark entirely, slamming heavily into the walls of the houses on either side.
Boom! Bang!
Amidst the dull, thunderous roar, the walls remained completely undamaged; instead, at the points of impact, a sequence of runic characters appeared.
A barrier flashed, dissipating the force of the attacks and perfectly protecting the buildings.
Ron glanced to the side, patted his chest, and nodded with satisfaction.
"Good thing, good thing. I made preparations in advance; otherwise, once the competition was over, just repairing the houses would have exhausted to death."
Just as he was talking to himself.
Click.
A very faint sound of a trigger being pulled rang out clearly by his ear.
Almost at the sa ti.
Ron's body instinctively shifted slightly to the side.
Whoosh—!
Several magic-imbued bullets grazed past the hem of his clothing.
They ricocheted rapidly off the surrounding walls twice, finally embedding themselves into the ground with a "thud," leaving behind several small, smoking holes.
This sudden change caused Natsu and Gajeel's assault to pause abruptly.
Following the trajectory of the bullets, Natsu looked behind Ron.
"Alzack, you guys succeeded?"
Responding to him was Alzack shaking his head helplessly.
If looks could kill, Ron would likely have been sliced into a thousand pieces by the resentful glares of Levy, Bisca, and Alzack right now.
"I told you!"
Seeing this, Natsu was not surprised in the slightest.
"It would've been better to just attack directly. As long as we take down this guy Ron, everything will be solved!"
"Oh?"
Upon hearing this, Ron raised an eyebrow, looking at Natsu with a smirk.
"Take down?"
"Natsu, you guy, you've been getting a bit cocky lately!"
"Enough talk. Constantly dodging around isn't your style."
Natsu's magic power erupted once more, the temperature of his flas soaring suddenly, growing even hotter than before.
"Ron, fight seriously!!"
As soon as he finished speaking, Natsu lunged forward, his body wreathed in violent flas.
Fists, elbows, head, knees, legs—every part of his body was used as a weapon, unleashing a barrage of attacks on Ron!
On the other side.
Levy, Bisca, and Alzack exchanged glances, moving quickly to the most advantageous positions for battle.
As for Gajeel, the mont Natsu launched his attack, he transford his hands into an iron sword and iron rod, charging into the fray imdiately after.
He accurately captured every gap in Natsu's attacks, brandishing his sword and rod to launch a fierce assault.
Relying on his beast-like combat instincts and agility, he gave Ron absolutely no opportunity to relax or rest.
Bang! Bang! Bang!
anwhile, dense gunfire erupted from the rooftops of the houses on both sides.
Bisca and Alzack held the high ground.
Whirlwind bullets, lightning bullets, sniper bullets... all sorts of chaotic bullets with various magical effects were poured onto Ron from every tricky angle, as if they cost nothing.
They sealed off Ron's space for evasion!
"Solid Script: Ice!!!"
"Solid Script: Lightning!!!"
"Solid Script: Hole!!!"
Standing at the edge of the battlefield, Levy quickly summoned one mysterious Solid Script after another, precisely inserting them into the fray.
Icicles descending from the sky, flashes of electricity appearing out of thin air, and pits erging on the ground without warning—all were attempting to disrupt Ron's combat rhythm.
Warrior, archer, mage...
Frontline charge, long-range suppression, mid-field control!
Even though it was the first ti the five of them had coordinated, they displayed unimaginable synergy.
Everyone's attacks were perfectly tid; not only did they not disrupt their teammates' combat rhythm, but they actually made the entire offensive flow like water, leaving Ron not a single gap to exploit.
Even while facing five opponents alone, Ron remained calm and composed, seemingly having plenty of room to spare in his every movent.
Wind suddenly rose around him, and invisible walls of wind condensed out of thin air, wrapping and coiling around all the bullets raining down, eventually causing them to hover eerily in mid-air.
Imdiately after, with a simple twist of his body, he guided the flow, causing the lightning Levy summoned to land precisely on Gajeel, shocking him into numbness.
Then, with a flick of his hand, Natsu's violent flas spiraled out of control, attacking Levy on the other side.
Finally, Natsu was thrown directly to the side by Ron, and with a "splash" sound, he fell into the hole Levy had just prepared for Ron.
In just a breath's ti, the roles of attacker and defender had reversed!
Ron looked up at the two dumbfounded gunn on the roof, a grin spreading across his face.
"Let teach you how to properly utilize the terrain."
As his words fell, the wind wall binding the bullets suddenly snapped!
Swish! Swish! Swish! Swish!
The dozens of bound bullets imdiately shot out in all directions at a speed even faster than when they arrived!
"Is that it?"
Bisca and Alzack looked puzzled.
They completely failed to understand the point of Ron's move; the directions in which these bullets were fired were chaotic and disorganized, making it impossible for them to hit them.
Just at this mont, Ron's voice, laced with a hint of mockery, drifted quietly into their ears.
"Bullets can ricochet, you know."
What?!
Their pupils dilated in shock.
They saw those scattered bullets begin to ricochet frantically back and forth between the walls of the surrounding buildings!
With every ricochet, it was as if kinetic energy was being injected into them, making the bullets' speed increase even further, and their trajectories becoming even more erratic and completely unpredictable.
Ultimately, under the web-like crisscrossing of trajectories.
The two of them had no ti to dodge before being struck heavily by their own bullets, letting out groans of pain as they tumbled down from the roof.
By this ti, the two most durable Dragon Slayers had also escaped their previous constraints.
Natsu climbed out of the pit, and Gajeel shook off the feeling of numbness.
The two of them roared and launched another joint attack.
Facing their pincer attack, Ron no longer dodged.
His hands transford into sharp claws, striking after them but arriving first, precisely gripping their wrists and exerting force to fling them to either side.
Subsequently, Ron narrowed his eyes slightly.
He rose into the air on the wind, lightning surging over his body, erupting with an incomparably powerful wave of magic.
He spread his five fingers, and a dazzling ball of thunderous light condensed at his fingertips.
A slightly mischievous smile appeared on Ron's face as he parted his lips.
"Kirin!!!"
The thunderous ball of light instantly transford into five thunder Kirins, roaring as they surged toward the five people below.
Just as the thunder Kirins were about to strike Levy, they were suddenly drawn by so strange attraction.
They imdiately abandoned Levy, turning to throw themselves into Gajeel's embrace.
On the other side, Alzack similarly tried to push Bisca away to take the attack for her.
Only Natsu stood alone, facing the descending Kirin.
Ron, standing in the sky, watched this scene with a twitching mouth.
What is this?
Showing off affection in the middle of a fight?!
The smoke cleared.
Levy, having been protected, remained unscathed.
Natsu and Gajeel were a bit disheveled, but that was all.
It was just a pity for that pair of poor lovebirds, Bisca and Alzack, who both fell unconscious from the thunderous strike.
Ron looked down from above and held up three fingers.
"Now, only three are left!!"
