Makarov grabbed Ron's arm and pulled him aside.

"Tell , what exactly happened this ti."

Since these troubleso fellows resurrected Ur, they must have caused quite a commotion.

If he didn't ask for clarification, he wouldn't even know how to write the self-criticism later.

Ron chuckled internally upon seeing the old man's expression and briefly explained the situation.

When he heard that Jose had actually died by Ron's hands, Makarov fell silent for a long ti, sighing over his fate.

Although they were old rivals, hearing that the other party ultimately died at the hands of a junior inevitably brought forth a feeling of shared sorrow.

"It's probably for the best that he died. A man like him would only create more tragedies if he lived."

Right after that.

When Makarov heard Ron casually ntion that he had conveniently "borrowed" the Etherion for use, his eyes nearly popped out of his sockets.

"Pfft! Cough, cough, cough!"

Makarov nearly choked on the wine he was drinking.

He covered his mouth with his hand, leaned closer to Ron's ear, and asked nervously in a very low voice.

"Tell honestly, the Council... they won't co after us because of this, right?"

"If those stubborn old guys find out you stole... cough, borrowed the Etherion, they'll list our guild as the number one wanted criminal!"

"Relax, Gramps!"

Ron patted Makarov's shoulder, looking completely unconcerned.

"Don't worry, they won't find out."

As he spoke, Ron chuckled internally: Besides, with Jellal taking the bla upfront, the Council won't have ti to bother with .

Hearing the assurance, Makarov finally let out a long breath and relaxed completely.

He picked up his wine glass and took a large gulp, muttering under his breath.

"Sigh, these reckless brats..."

"Each one causes more trouble than the last, and none of them give a mont's peace..."

"They really don't know how to be considerate of an old man like !"

Just then.

Clack!

The lights in the hall suddenly went out completely.

"Huh?" Lucy looked around curiously. "What's happening?"

Click!

The next second, a beam of light suddenly illuminated the stage.

Mirajane sat gracefully under the soft spotlight, holding a guitar.

Her eyes curved into crescents, and wearing her signature gentle smile, she spoke softly to the crowd below.

"To welco Ron and the others back safely, to celebrate the completion of our new guild hall, and also..."

As she spoke, Mirajane's gaze fell upon Ur, and her smile grew warr.

"To welco our new mber."

"Now, I will sing a song for all of you."

"Ooooh—!!!"

"Mira-chan!!"

"We've been waiting for ages, Mira!!"

Below the stage, the guild mbers cheered excitedly, erupting in thunderous cheers and whistles.

Mirajane's fingertips lightly swept across the strings, and the lodious music flowed like a clear spring, instantly calming the noise in the hall.

[I lightly brush the desk where you are not...]

[I look up, gazing at that lonely cosmos...]

The gentle and ethereal singing echoed in every corner of the guild.

The previously noisy crowd now quieted down.

Even Natsu, uncharacteristically, lay still on the table, resting his head on his arms.

Happy leaned gently against his head, eyes closed, his tail swaying lightly and intermittently with the lody.

"That's truly... a beautiful song."

Lucy rested her chin on one hand, her lips unconsciously curving upward, her eyes sparkling with starlight.

'Although we encountered many things and went through many twists and turns, in the end... we still ca back.'

'Back to this place called ho.'

Not far away, Juvia cautiously moved her body, inch by inch, closer to Gray beside her.

As the distance grew shorter, she could even sll his scent, causing her heart to race.

'Gray-sama...'

Ur watched this scene unfold.

She raised her wine glass, took a small sip, and smiled with amusent and contentnt.

[Whether it's the ti you tremble while holding back tears—]

[Or the ti you are about to be swallowed by darkness—]

The sharpness in Erza's eyes faded without her noticing.

Her shoulders quietly relaxed, and she leaned back against the chair, her expression soft.

"This is wonderful..."

Ron leaned lazily against the table edge, a faint smile playing on his lips, his gaze fixed on Mirajane under the spotlight.

Makarov looked at the children before him, his expression subtly shifting.

'No matter what, they returned safely...'

'The children of Fairy Tail are growing stronger step by step. Perhaps it's ti for to consider things.'

In this lively place that is Fairy Tail, this montary peace felt especially precious.

Crunch—Crunch—

Amidst this quiet and peaceful atmosphere, a discordant chewing sound abruptly rang out.

Ron raised an eyebrow and looked in the direction of the sound.

In a dark corner, a man with spiky black hair and iron piercings on his face was stuffing sothing into his mouth and chewing heartily, completely ignoring everyone else.

"Yo, Gajeel, you're back." Ron greeted him with a smile.

"Hmph!"

Gajeel glanced over, then imdiately turned his face away, clearly having no intention of replying, and continued chewing the contents of his mouth.

Ron pouted and muttered softly.

"What an unlovable guy..."

"You can't be so unsociable; you'll get isolated."

Saying this, he leaned closer, pointed at the thing in Gajeel's hand, and asked curiously.

"I an, where did you get the stuff you're chewing? Did you bring your own rations for the concert?"

Gajeel paused his chewing, silently raised his hand, and pointed beside himself... Following the direction he pointed, Ron's smile instantly froze, and a vein popped on his forehead.

He saw that a large chunk of the sturdy iron edging of the brand new long table was missing, and the iron footpads at the bottom of the four legs had vanished without a trace.

"Hey! You guy!"

Ron lowered his voice and complained helplessly.

"That's public guild property! It's not your all-you-can-eat buffet!!!"

As the two exchanged words, Mirajane's song slowly ca to an end.

[Here, soone is always waiting—for your return—]

The lingering guitar notes circled the hall, finally fading into a soft silence.

"Thank you, everyone."

Mirajane stood up and bowed with a smile.

"This is Fairy Tail, welco ho!!!"

Cheers and applause imdiately erupted, and the hall beca lively once more.

"That was amazing—!!"

"Mira, that sounded wonderful!!!"

"Aye!!!"

"Aweso!" Macao shouted, cupping his hands like a gaphone.

"Who's next!!!"
