A chaotic battle unfolded on the water.
The first of the Nine Demon Gates to appear before Lucy was nad Torafuzar.
Facing his attack, Lucy didn’t dare to be careless.
She imdiately summoned Leo the Lion to defend.
But Lamy of the Kyôka Squad also found her way here.
And her slippery curse power allowed Lucy’s Star River to slide off her body.
Lucy could only summon Virgo to engage in close combat with her.
But Lucy’s crisis wasn’t resolved.
Countless Tartaros soldiers ca swarming over.
"This is never-ending!" After complaining,
Lucy slid a key, and the Aquarius Form Star Dress appeared on her body.
Her hands began to gather the water beneath her.
"Water Stream Historia!" The roaring water tornado that shot out instantly subrged dozens of Tartaros soldiers.
But before Lucy could rejoice, a deadly sense of danger assailed her.

Then, in just two short seconds, a massive explosion occurred at the spot where Lucy had just been standing.
Shredded pieces of wood flew everywhere.
"Found you, human!" A rampant voice rang out from the opposite side of Lucy.
It was on the bank on the other side of the river.
A figure stood with his arms crossed, his mocking gaze eting Lucy’s.
One of the Nine Demon Gates, Jackal!
"Oh, you actually dodged it?" Jackal frowned slightly.
Seeming to be sowhat dissatisfied with his results.
"But it doesn’t matter, it wouldn’t be any fun to kill you too early anyway!"
Jackal raised his arm, and then swung it down violently.
"Blast Spiral!!"
A tornado-like explosion ripped through the rushing water, the terrifying impact even splitting the river in two.
Leo and Virgo, sensing the situation on this side, exclaid in alarm.
"Lucy (Princess), be careful!!"
"Where do you think you’re looking!" Torafuzar’s voice rang in Leo’s ears.
Followed by a tightly clenched fist slamming down.
Bang!!
"Ugh wah~~" Leo clutched his abdon, letting out a painful roar.
His eyes glanced towards Lucy, who was enveloped in the explosion behind him.
"Damn it! There are too many of them!"
He desperately wanted to provide support, but Torafuzar’s attacks didn’t allow him any ti to worry about Lucy’s situation.
Boom——!
A violent explosion rang out around Lucy.
The terrifying shockwave even caused large-scale damage to Lucy’s surroundings.
The billowing black smoke gradually dissipated, revealing Lucy at the center of the explosion.
Contrary to Jackal’s expectations, Lucy at this mont had her hands spread out, and the flowing water had ford a water sphere that enveloped her.
Her whole body showed no signs of being affected by the explosion.
Water Barrier! The Aquarius Form Star Dress had granted Lucy Aquarius’s abilities, and therefore blocked the attack.
"This little girl seems to have so tricks up her sleeve."
Looking at Lucy, who was unhard, Jackal curled his lips.
Lucy’s eyes stared directly at Jackal, a determined expression appearing in her eyes.
"I can still feel... I can feel everyone’s magic power!"
"So! I can’t fall here yet!"
"At least... until I rescue everyone!"
Along with her roar, another gold key appeared in Lucy’s hand.
A golden glow shone on the tip of the key as it touched the water.
"Open! Gate of the Aquarius! Aquarius!!"
The rushing water suddenly stopped.
Imdiately afterwards, the water seed to be affected by so unknown force and strangely flowed upwards into the air.
A vague figure appeared in the water screen in the air.
"You’re such an idiot!" The blue-haired rmaid supported Lucy, who was sowhat dizzy due to excessive magic power consumption.
"You hadn’t recovered your magic power from the previous battle, and now you’ve perford a three-body Zodiac Gate opening, on top of the Star Dress, which consus an extre amount of magic power."
"Are you really not afraid of dying!" Aquarius gently shook her head.
"I’m glad you’re here..." Lucy replied with a smile.
As if it didn’t matter even if she was being scolded.
"You’re such a stupid girl, quickly get out of the way." Aquarius waved the Urn in her hand.
The river beneath her seed to be under the control of this rmaid.
The vast water flow stirred up a huge wave that surged towards Jackal.
"I’ll help you!" But Lucy stubbornly stood next to Aquarius.
"The opponent is strong, we must work together to have a chance to defeat him!"
Lucy’s hands gathered an azure blue light: "Water Stream Historia!"
Influenced by Lucy’s magic power, the wave that Aquarius was controlling beca even larger.
Boom————!
The giant wave, carrying trendous force, slamd hard into Jackal.
Before he could react, he was imdiately subrged by the wave.
The giant wave not only attacked Jackal, but also affected Torafuzar and Lamy on the side.
And because of this, Torafuzar disappeared from Leo’s sight.
"This guy... can actually move in Aquarius’s water?" Leo exclaid in shock.
It wasn’t just Leo who was surprised, but also Aquarius and Lucy.
"The water is my specialty!" Torafuzar murmured to himself.
In the water, Torafuzar was even faster than on land.
In just a mont, Torafuzar appeared before Lucy and Aquarius.
The bone scythe protruding from his arm slashed towards the two.
A Water Barrier instantly appeared before the two.
Thanks to the protection of the barrier, they managed to block the attack.
But the trendous impact still knocked the two back.
Although they weren’t injured, Lucy felt the dizziness growing stronger and stronger at this mont.
She had already consud a large amount of magic power in the previous entanglent with Franmalth for nearly half an hour.
And now she was forcefully withstanding the attacks of two of the Nine Demon Gates.
It was still too much for Lucy at this mont.
Her magic power was nearing its limit.
Along with it, even Aquarius’s power couldn’t be brought out much.
