In the southeast of the Kingdom of Fiore, there is a forest adjacent to a dormant volcano nad ’Fire Snake Forest’.

Deep in the forest sits a tavern.

This is the headquarters of the dark guild Fire Serpent’s Eye.

Inside the tavern, voices are clamorous and smoke swirls.

The air is perated with the sll of various low-quality alcohols, mixed with the sll of smoke and n’s sweat; the stench is overwhelming.

One by one, mages dressed with absolutely no taste, their faces either sinister or wretched, huddle around tables, telling all sorts of filthy and crude jokes, occasionally erupting into bursts of loud laughter.

"Hehahaha..."

"What ’Fairy,’ encountering us ’Fire Snakes,’ didn’t they just get flattened in ten minutes!!"

"You guys didn’t see the situation at the ti, those two fellows were surrounded by over a dozen of us, they clearly couldn’t fight or run, yet they refused to surrender, acting like they were in a stage play, one saying ’you run quickly,’ the other saying ’I won’t abandon my companion,’ it really made die laughing!!"

By the bar, a burly man with a bare chest and a black Fire Serpent’s Eye emblem tattooed on his arm is sharing the process of ’defeating the Fairies’ with the companion opposite him.

The burly man speaks while vividly acting it out, his appearance extrely comical, his brow filled with sarcasm, ridicule, and disdain.

Several mages nearby see this and clap the table while laughing wildly: "Exactly, exactly, those two brats looked just like that at the ti, I can testify to it!!"

Hearing this, a sinister-faced, thin mage opposite also began to laugh with a high-pitched voice: "Hee hee hee hee... truly interesting, and after that?"

"After that? Of course we dealt with the two of them together, let neither of them go!"

Hearing this, the sinister mage suddenly sighed: "What a pity..."

The burly man was stunned: "Ah? Pity what?"

"It’s rare to encounter such an interesting ga, why didn’t you bring them back so I could have so fun too?"

A wicked smile appeared in the depths of the sinister mage’s eyes; with a ’snap,’ he clapped his hands together and extended a long, thin, snake-flicker-like tongue to lick the corner of his mouth: "If I had been there at the ti, I definitely would have tricked them first, saying ’as long as you remove the guild emblem, kneel down and kowtow for rcy, I’ll let you go.’"

"Then after they really did it, I’d torture them even more ruthlessly, appreciating their despairing and broken expressions."

"That would be the most interesting scene!"

Gulp...

What a venomous, cruel, perverted, and crazy idea!!

I thought I was the limit of a villain for playing with and torturing those two, I didn’t expect this fellow in front of to be able to think of such ’heart-killing’ thods.

Just what exactly did he experience in the past...

The burly man subconsciously swallowed his saliva, casually wiped the cold sweat from his forehead, then picked up the wine glass on the table and downed half of it in a ’glug glug glug’ fashion; only then did the shock in his heart settle down.

He put down the wine glass, pretending not to care about the words just now.

"There was no other way, the Master hates this kind of disgusting scene the most, so he acted directly."

"I estimate that by now, the people of Fairy Tail have already received the corpses of those two brats."

The sinister mage composed himself: "Since the Master acted personally, then there’s nothing that could be done."

"But if there’s a next ti, you rember to save them for ."

"Uh... hahaha... of course you can!!"

The mbership of Fire Serpent’s Eye exceeds five hundred, a mixed bag where all sorts of people exist.

Among them, most are scum with violent tempers, wicked personalities, and no regard for consequences.

However, Fairy Tail does have a reputation after all, so so mbers felt concerned about the guild’s move this ti.

"This ti we’ve provoked the people of ’Fairy Tail,’ their revenge should arrive very soon, right?"

"I heard that ’Fairy Commander’ is very strong, and he has connections with the Fiore Royal Family and the Council behind him, is it really okay for us to do this..."

Boom—!!

A thick fist smashed down heavily, blasting the table in front into two halves, intending to cut off these unfinished concerns.

This sudden noise ca unexpectedly, instantly silencing the entire tavern.

At the sa ti the clamor vanished, everyone turned their heads together, looking toward the source of the sound.

That was in a corner of the guild, the darkest place in the field of vision.

A huge red sofa chair covered in tiger skin was placed straight there, and sitting on it was a man two and a half ters tall, with red hair and sideburns, and a body full of muscles like a mad lion.

[The Master of ’Fire Serpent’s Eye,’ ’Fire Snake’ Feros]

"What, that new brat, do you have an objection to my decision?!"

Feros stared with eyes like copper bells, gazing straight at the youth who had spoken just now, as if he would blast him to death with one punch in the next second.

"No... Master, I... I didn’t an that..."

Being stared at by Feros like this, the youth’s courage was instantly cut in half; his face was pale, sweat dripped down, and he stamred for a long ti before finally finishing a complete sentence.

Feros wanted to say sothing more when suddenly a white, tender-as-jade, smooth and soft-as-a-snake arm reached out from the side, interrupting his words.

"Calm down for a bit, Master."

"He’s just a brat who just joined the guild and understands nothing, why are you being so calculative with him?"

The speaker’s voice was lodious, her breath like orchids; every move seed to exude a pink, charming fragrance.

But not a single person present dared to have even a hint of a wicked thought toward this woman also sitting on the sofa, only because they knew this woman was the most troubleso existence in the entire Fire Serpent’s Eye.

[The Vice Guildmaster of ’Fire Serpent’s Eye,’ ’Fire Woman’ Lena]

"Lena, you’re too indulgent with the new brats!"

Although she was only the Vice Guildmaster, due to Lena’s troubleso abilities as well as a brain far superior to anyone else in the guild, even Feros, the Master, had to show her so respect.

"The battle between our ’Dark Alliance’ and Fairy Tail is close at hand; getting angry now over this trivial matter will only hit the internal morale of the guild. Why not let this kid redeem himself in the upcoming battle instead."

Feros furrowed his brows, but regarding Lena’s decision, he still chose to comply: "Hmph... kid, I’ll spare you this once."

Having escaped a disaster, the youth let out a long sigh of relief, then imdiately revealed a harmless, charming smile toward the man and woman on the sofa.

"Thank you, Master! Thank you, Vice Guildmaster!!"

"I will definitely perform well next!!"

[A newcor to ’Fire Serpent’s Eye,’ an undercover from the Council, Captain of the Third Squad of the Mandatory Detention Team, Duke Vecto]
