The entire guild exploded into chaos.
Up on the platform, Jose, who had looked perfectly calm just a mont ago, went iron faced the instant he realized the intruders were Fairy Tail.
Only after everyone from the guild had surged inside did Kabe finally walk into the stone built castle with Erza and Ultear.
Standing on the blasted door panel, he swept his eyes across the hall before fixing them on Jose atop the platform.
"Old man, no need for you to co looking for us."

Without caring how Jose might react, Kabe flung out one arm and gave the order.
"Fairy Tail, cut loose."
"Let those cowards from Phantom Lord see what we are made of."
"Move aside, watch this!"
Macao charged first.
Magic circles lit up over both of his hands, and purple flas shot out like chains, wrapping around more than ten Phantom mages before they could even react.
Wakaba followed right behind him.
Smoke poured from the pipe in his mouth and condensed into a giant fist, smashing the bound mages flying in a single punch.
The others were no less fierce.
Reedus painted animals onto his own body with his brush, then used magic to send them charging into battle.
Macao's sandstorm counterpart Marcus called forth a whirlwind of sand that blinded the enemy, the storm scraping over them like steel brushes and tearing away strips of skin with horrifying ease.
Laki, Levy, Lisanna, and Elfman moved together as one team.
Laki used Wood Make to scatter enemies apart first, then the Strauss siblings rushed in and crushed them head on.
Levy stayed behind them using Letter Magic to support them and clean up anyone they missed.
But the most dazzling among them were Erza, Mira, Ultear, and Cana.
Erza changed into Heaven's Wheel Armor, swords in both hands, and charged straight into the middle of the crowd, cutting through everything like a storm of blades.
Mira gave up nothing beside her.
The mont Satan Soul ca out, she tore through Phantom's people so hard that n and horses alike would have been overturned if there had been any to begin with.
Ultear might have only just joined the guild, but when it ca to beating down Phantom Lord, she showed no rcy whatsoever.
With the Ice Make magic inherited from her mother, a casual wave of her hand was enough to freeze large groups of enemy mages into sculptures of ice.
Compared to those three, Cana was a little behind in raw power.
But with Crush magic in hand, she feared almost no magical attack.
Every gesture from her caused large scale destruction.
Watching the elites of his own guild get chopped apart like lons and vegetables by only a few dozen mbers of Fairy Tail, Jose's already ugly expression darkened further.
Deep violet magic rose around him in heavy waves.
Even Aria and the others nearby felt sick and nauseous from simply standing too close.
"What powerful and evil magic."

That thought had only just passed through Sol's mind when Jose issued his order.
"Elent Four, move."
"Deal with Fairy Queen, the She-Devil, and the other pests that offend my eyes the most."

The three moved at once.

Sol intercepted the rampaging Mira.
Totomaru chose Ultear, who was using ice magic.
Drawing his katana, he stared at the woman before him, confused, then tilted his head.
"If you use ice, then you are supposed to be Gray Fullbuster, right?"
"Are dical techniques really that advanced now?"
"You look exactly like a woman."
