No one objected to the proposal of establishing an "Organizing Committee."

After all, having an "Organizing Committee" would indeed save them a lot of trouble.

The committee would take on much of the workload, making hosting the tournant considerably easier.

"Marco, will you be in charge of this Organizing Committee?" Goldmine asked.

Since Marco had proactively suggested forming this organization, he likely had so plans in mind.

Goldmine thought it was an excellent idea—a great way to expand influence.

The "Organizing Committee" would be responsible for organizing seminars related to the National S-Class Tournant, managing the selection process for hosting rights, and serving as "referees" during the assessnts—essentially acting as security, stepping in to separate candidates when conflicts escalated.

Marco was very familiar with this role, having handled it during the previous three assessnts.

After all, nothing was more suited for this task than his Crystal Wall.

At critical monts, he could use the Crystal Wall to separate two combatants.

Combined with his short-range teleportation ability, his presence made it highly unlikely for any accidents to occur during the tournant.

"The chairman of the Organizing Committee will also be elected," Marco said with a smile.

He couldn't simply appoint himself—that would be too arrogant and wouldn't look good.

Routine etings had always decided matters through voting, and the sa would apply to this "Organizing Committee."

"I support Marco taking charge. We can't do this without him. What do you all think?"

Soon, one of the guild masters spoke up, clearly expressing support for Marco as the leader.

It was the master of a small guild who had recently received Marco's help.

Naturally, they unconditionally supported him and hoped he would lead this "Tournant Organizing Committee."

If Marco beca the "Committee Chairman," he certainly wouldn't overlook the interests of smaller guilds.

They needed a leader like him.

"That's right! We can't do it without Marco. I support him too!"

With that shout, other masters from smaller guilds joined in, and voices supporting Marco rose one after another.

"Alright, let's proceed directly to a vote—support or oppose," Makarov said without hesitation, stepping forward promptly.

Today, he was rely a voting tool; the main speeches and hosting duties were handled by Marco, further delegating authority to him.

Soon, the voting results were in—almost unanimous approval.

Having Marco lead the "Tournant Organizing Committee" was beneficial for everyone.

They needed his successful experience.

"Thank you for your trust, guild masters. In that case, I'll humbly accept this position. I'll take the lead in handling the committee's affairs," Marco said without declining, directly accepting the outco.

He saw nothing wrong with it—after all, no one could realistically compete with him for this role.

As the architect of this model, Marco had overseen the first tournant and played crucial roles in the subsequent two, participating throughout as a technical advisor.

It could be said that no one was more familiar with this than Marco, and no one understood it better.

'No one knows the S-Class Exam Tournant better than I do. Nobody.'

Marco ntally transford into the "King of Knowledge," playing an imaginary accordion.

"The position of the committee chairman is a four-year term, with re-elections held upon expiration. If anyone else wishes to try in the future, they may begin preparing now and participate in the election four years later."

Marco proceeded to establish the rules while the guild masters listened below, nodding repeatedly in support of his proposals.

Though everyone considered this "election" sowhat aningless, having such a chanism did lend an air of legitimacy to the proceedings.

No one believed Marco would relinquish his authority over the "Tournant Organizing Committee," nor did anyone think they could compete with him.

At the very least, none of the present guild masters or their core mages who had accompanied them felt capable of challenging Marco.

Being sensible individuals, they naturally refrained from foolish actions.

"Now, we can begin discussing which guild should host this first National S-Class Exam Tournant?"

After finalizing the preliminary administrative matters, Marco finally addressed the crucial issue: who would be entrusted with organizing this inaugural event?

"Are there any volunteers to stand for selection?"

Marco inquired, gesturing for interested candidates to rise.

For a mont, the assembly hall fell into silence.

So guild masters appeared eager, others frowned in contemplation, while so began scanning the room seeking potential collaborators.

Though everyone had thoughts on the matter, reservations held them back, resulting in neither speech nor movent.

"Let's adjourn for now to relax and allow everyone so ti for reflection."

Marco smiled lightly, tapping his gavel on the table to announce a temporary recess.

Indeed, this matter warranted giving attendees freedom to move about and confer - allowing smaller guilds to coordinate among themselves while larger guilds could sound each other out.

After the temporary adjournnt, Marco, as the "Tournant Committee Chairman," found no respite as a crowd of guild masters surrounded him seeking guidance.

Everyone remained highly interested in matters concerning this first National S-Class Exam Tournant.

"From the committee chairman's perspective, my suggestion is for smaller guilds to initially observe. For this inaugural event, we must organize it on a grand scale with resounding success - it needs to make a na for itself. Smaller guilds... might struggle to et these requirents." Marco spoke bluntly.

For this first tournant, smaller guilds shouldn't bother participating.

Given their limited resources and capabilities, even several collaborating would find it difficult to produce remarkable results.

Entrusting them with the inaugural event would likely prove underwhelming.

"Indeed, establishing prestige with the first tournant benefits everyone."

Everyone could understand Marco's reasoning - the beginning is always the hardest.

Though there had been three previous Joint S-Class Promotions, their scale and format differed significantly from the current undertaking, making them incomparable.

This inaugural event was truly crucial, and really should be entrusted to a powerful guild capable of organizing it magnificently.

"That leaves very few options. 'Fairy Tail' appears most suitable."

A guild master spoke up, noting that among all magic guilds with comprehensive capabilities, Fairy Tail was undoubtedly the strongest.

The strength of the mages goes without saying—it's sothing to be envied but cannot be replicated.

What truly made the guild masters jealous was Fairy Tail's exceptionally perfect financial situation.

As a Magic Guild, the inco from quest actually accounted for only a small portion of their finances—this was practically cheating!

For most Magic Guilds, task commissions constituted the bulk of their financial resources.

Once a guild's mbers lacked sufficient strength, or once commissions decreased in number and quality, the guild could fall into a financial crisis or even disband outright.
