Li Chengyuan picked up the phone at the nurse’s station and dialed the extension for gynecology.

Huang Beibei was shocked by her words: “Are you saying you left her alone to see the patients while you ran off?”

“She wasn’t alone, there were ergency nurses there.” Shen Xifei said, “Besides, why should I look out for her? You haven’t considered what Xiao Hui went through because of her.”
Zhang Xiaohui chid in, agreeing with Shen Xifei: “This isn’t about looking out for each other, but that when you encounter those kinds of people, you should call the police first. The ergency departnt didn’t handle it well themselves, and should take responsibility for the incident.”
“Xiao Hui is right.” Shen Xifei nodded vehently.
After listening to the two, Huang Beibei had nothing to say.
The phone in the doctor’s office rang. As the teacher wasn’t there, Shen Xifei went over and picked up the receiver.
“Who was on night duty in your gynecology departnt last night?” Li Chengyuan asked.
“It was Teacher Zhou.” Shen Xifei replied.
“Were you on duty?” Li Chengyuan noticed her voice was unfamiliar, not sounding like a colleague from the hospital, and asked if she was a student. Sister Seo had ntioned she might be a student.
Shen Xifei felt a pang in her heart, having a premonition that the person was targeting her. Thus, the confidence she had just had in her actions suddenly vanished, and her throat seed to be blocked by sothing.
Hearing the silence from the other side, Li Chengyuan smirked, sensing he might have caught the person.
Those listening around also realized this point.
“Ask her clearly what’s going on with her!” Zhu Huicang directed.
“Tell , what’s your na?” Li Chengyuan was asking her.
“I, my na is—” Shen Xifei turned to look at Zhang Xiaohui and Huang Beibei, her eyes full of panic.
Huang Beibei, in her anxiety, also panicked, saying, “Why don’t you ask who he is first?”
Shen Xifei asked as was suggested: “Who are you?”
“I’m a doctor from cardiothoracic surgery, my surna is Li.” Li Chengyuan wasn’t afraid to reveal his identity.
“I understand, Teacher Li. Are you looking for Teacher Zhou? I’ll let her know to call you later.” With that, Shen Xifei quickly hung up the phone.
Hearing the click of the line being cut off, Li Chengyuan’s eyes turned cold as he slamd the receiver down with a “bang.”
“Did she hang up on you?” Good-natured Doctor Dong rushed out from the office, his face also showing anger.
“Let’s go up and catch the person.” Yin Fengchun turned and left, heading to the gynecology departnt to nab this person.
