“Who keeps a large envelope in their pocket?” Zhou Junpeng continued to question him.
This matter mainly involved the hospital’s ongoing investigation into bribery among the staff. Envelopes full of cash ant for doctors were the most common form of bribery. It was hard not to make that association.
