1162: Chapter 654: The Legendary Arcanist’s Vito 1162: Chapter 654: The Legendary Arcanist’s Vito “That’s good.” Gaven knew that for a Legendary Arcanist, the greatest fear in the Land of the Lost wasn’t the monsters, but the solitary fear of being the only person left between heaven and earth.

Such loneliness could drive even All Gods mad, let alone a person, “Do you need to control the speed at which the story spreads here?

Or should I adapt the sequel to the story, sending over so real soldiers and residents?”

“Let’s keep things as they are for now.

The more elents this experint introduces, the more likely it is to spawn uncontrollable variables.

You’ve done enough, no need to intervene excessively now.

When the ti cos, and it’s needed, I’ll tell you.” The Legendary Arcanist obviously treated this matter as a unique magic experint.

“If there’s anything you need, just say the word, and I’ll do my utmost.” Gaven acquiesced smoothly, for in this regard, Philancy was the true expert and powerhouse, and he was certain following her lead was without error.

“Since you’re going to Koer anyway, do a favor en route; find the location this statue is pointing to and see what’s actually there.” Philancy handed a palm-sized statue over to Gaven.

This was one of the most unique statues Gaven had ever seen.

Normally, statues are tangible objects, and everything is set in stone the mont they’re made.

But the one Philancy handed to Gaven was different.

Despite its small size, the statue was exquisitely detailed, displaying a tall and aesthetically graceful female silhouette.

Yet no matter how Gaven changed his angle or distance, or even utilized the True Sight of the Fifth Circle Spell, he couldn’t clearly make out her facial features; all seed veiled in a layer of mist.

The situation was identical to the impression Philancy gave Gaven.

Although sitting in the sa room, facing each other and even sharing so more intimate physical movents, everything unfolded naturally.

It was just shy of crossing the final bottom line.

The reason for the restraint was mutual cautiousness, fearing the Legendary Arcanist’s influence might drag Gaven into the Land of the Lost as well.

But even with actual physical touch, Philancy still imparted a dream-like unreality to Gaven.

Every interaction with her felt as though it was all a dream.

No matter how hard he tried, he couldn’t fully see Philancy’s true face, as if obscured by three veils, discernible only as exquisitely beautiful.

It was after parting with Philancy that this sensation reached its peak on a moonless night.

In his mind, only a na and a nebulous shadow remained of the Legendary Arcanist.

Not to ntion facial details, even her body’s outline couldn’t be recalled.

As the moon waxed again, the mories of her beca clearer, until they t again and all pieces ca back together.

This phenonon clearly wasn’t a problem with Gaven’s mory, nor were they really eting in a dream realm.

Gaven had collaborated with Lord Virginia in constructing the Dragon Oak Dream Realm and had witnessed what a true dream was.

Provided one’s Soul Consciousness was strong enough, even dreams could feel as real as actuality.

And now, Gaven’s three major Intrinsic Attributes already exceeded that of most Legendary Spellcasters, yet this situation still occurred, demonstrating the issue wasn’t with him but with Philancy being enveloped by a special Law, tightly related to the proximity of two worlds.

When the two worlds draw closer, mories beco naturally clearer; the reverse is also true.

Once the two worlds are completely separated, all of Gaven’s mories about Philancy would be erased by this force, as if the Legendary Arcanist never existed in this world.

This characteristic applied not only to Philancy but also to those creatures devoured by the Land of the Lost.

Particularly the investigators, as they established connections with the Land due to investigations and gradually got consud, everything about them began to fade from the minds of those involved, leaving behind only their investigative reports as evidence of their forr existence.

This lady’s statue was of the sa ilk, prompting Gaven to speculate, “Could this be from the Land of the Lost?”

“Yes.” Philancy nodded in acknowledgnt, “This was found in the dilapidated Mage Tower that imprisoned , the only thing that could be taken from that land.

I suspect this is a beacon, a key, and the general direction it points to is Koer, but the actual location remains unknown.

I can’t travel that far, so I must entrust everything to you.”

“Are there any more specific clues?

The Koer Kingdom is just too vast.” Gaven carefully examined the small lady statue, finding its details to be shockingly precise.

Not only was its exterior exquisitely lifelike, but the inner details were thoroughly present.

She was wearing a loose-fitting Mage Robe for ladies that resembled a skirt.

Upon flipping it over, instead of a solid backing, there was a pair of long legs and sexy lace lingerie revealed.

Even the folds of the Mage Robe were ticulously crafted.

The material of the statue defied identification; when held in hand, it felt neither the cold tal nor the textured grain of wood, but rather smooth like ivory.

Gaven was more inclined to believe that the statue was a magical masterpiece rather than the result of an astonishing craftsman’s skill.

Even if the statue was transford from a corpse or a living person, it was not particularly astonishing.

Legendary Magic aside, many spells of the Eight and Nine Rings could achieve this.

For instance, the Imprisonnt Spell that the Necromancer of Evil Beast Ghost used to imprison Grace is a pri example, capable of confining a person’s soul within a Crystal Ball.

Compared to imprisoning a soul, imprisoning the physical body is even simpler.
