Chapter 1294: Chapter 698: Saving People But Losing Land, Both People and Land are Preserved

The Blood Bear Fruit was only sothing Gaven brought forth to silence the Koer Kingdom; it wasn’t the entirety of what he obtained from Bear Forest.

That was a major incident that caused the beasts in the King’s Forest to go berserk; how could the harvest be so ager? Certain things tied to personal abilities he hadn’t revealed.

The energy restored by the Blue Bear Totem Spirit from this event is another matter, but Gaven directly gained a new special ability.

Blue Bear Totem Transformation (Special Ability)—If your Strength exceeds 19 points, it remains unchanged. If your Strength is below 19 points, it is adjusted directly to 19 points. You gain the ability to transform into half-human half-bear, Bearman, and Ferocious Blue Bear forms. This ability can be used once per day, with a usage duration equal to your Perception adjustnt value in minutes. During the transformation, you can freely switch among these bear states.

The adjustnt of physical attributes after acquiring this transformation ability is not exclusive to bears. All beastn infected with Lycanthropy experience similar adjustnts upon their first transformation, though the attribute increases vary.

Bearn have their Strength adjusted to 19, Were-Boars to 17, Ratn to Dexterity adjusted to 15, Were-Tigers to Strength adjusted to 17, and Werewolves to Strength adjusted to 15.

This relates to their bone structure, muscle distribution, and related organizational factors. This is why an ordinary weakling infected with Bearman Lycanthropy can suddenly possess imnse strength, whereas one infected with Ratman Lycanthropy becos extraordinarily agile.

With this, all of Gaven’s attribute shortcomings have been addressed. Even without utilizing any special abilities, he remains in a Transcendent State, able to race against cheetahs or thoroughbred horses and engage in close combat with tigers and giant bears—even when stark naked.

However, this ability, which Gaven uses quite frequently, has lost so of its initial thrill, especially since Gaven possesses an abundance of other valuable capabilities. He’s even experienced the awe-inspiring rewards of Legendary Attributes, so the excitent isn’t as strong as when he first acquired it—there’s a feeling of inevitability.

Perhaps if one day he could witness the majesty of the Legendary Body, he might get excited enough to leap in joy.

But the challenge of the Legendary Body is far beyond that of the Transcendent Body; even most True Gods haven’t had the chance to behold it.

The Druid spell-like abilities he possesses aren’t particularly noteworthy, as many of them are capabilities he already had. The newly unlocked Second Circle Druid Spells are spells he’s already capable of casting, and even more powerful ones. As spell-like abilities, their sole advantage lies in being cost-free.

One point worth ntioning, however, is Tree Leap. Sodalite Treants and Tree Spirits naturally possess this inherent ability, which acts as a restricted Anywhere Door, further enhancing Gaven’s combat advantage in the forest.

But the problem with this ability lies in its inherent limitation: it only works when wearing natural armor and wielding natural weapons, such as bark armor, wooden weapons, and beast hide armor. tal armor is strictly off the table.

Although Gaven’s Dragon Oak Mother Tree-enhanced combat armor can be considered natural armor, the scattered bits and pieces of equipnt he carries don’t qualify. Unless he’s willing to forgo equipping these items, which is clearly not an option.

What excites Gaven most, however, is the Life Force Guidance ability. This is essentially akin to the Priests’ ability to guide positive or negative energy, except he channels the Life Force from the Dragon Oak Mother Tree.

This ability lets Gaven transform instantly into a healing Priest—one who can heal a massive area at once.

With one hand wielding a big hamr to charge forward, another preparing to cast spells, and yet another channeling Life Force to heal nearby warriors—

It’s an amalgamation of Warrior, Mage, and Priest in one body. Just imagining it feels exhilarating; it’s sure to leave his enemies utterly bewildered. Such perverse abilities are usually seen only in the True Gods and their incarnations.

And this isn’t even everything. Gaven hasn’t unlocked the exclusive attributes and abilities of Yaling Nobility yet. This can’t be selected lightly but must be done after gathering intelligence from Lord Virginia.

“Yaling Nobility is divided into four types, naly Dawn of Spring, which aligns with the power of light. It progressively unlocks Binding Arrow, Teleporting Arrow, and Radiance Burst as special abilities based on your professional level, making it suited for long-range support.

Bounty of Sumr aligns with the Earth attribute. This profession gains abilities such as Heather Cage, Thorn Entanglent, and Prival Tactics, leaning more toward Druidic powers and excelling in forested combat scenarios.

Brolan of the Autumnbreeze aligns with the power of wind, possessing Autumnbreeze Protection, Hurricane Break, and Piercing Cold Wind as special abilities, inclined toward close-quarters combat. It’s the warrior’s top choice and the most common one. You’ve already seen it in General Stelina.

Galeth of Frost aligns with the water attribute, possessing Touch of Ice, Quickfreeze Ray, and Winter’s Reprimand as abilities. These are similar to Brolan of the Autumnbreeze but focus more on damage control-oriented abilities.”

Lord Virginia thoroughly explained the four types of Yaling Nobility to Gaven, each of which aligns with the elental forces.

“Why are there no Yaling Nobility aligned with the fire and dark attributes?” Gaven asked curiously.

“You should understand the heavy corruption of negative energy—it twists the mind, turning Yaling into beings as cruel and heartless as the Dwarves Elf. As for fire attribute power, it can easily spark forest fires, causing imnse destruction. Hence, these two types of power are considered forbidden forces in the Fairy Wilderness. Very few Yaling Nobility choose to align with them, and I wouldn’t advise you to risk trying these forbidden forces either.”
