Back in the days when the Giant Empire and the Giant Dragons fought for control of the continent, they suffered greatly due to the lack of air supremacy.
To protect their skies, the Giants used evil giant sacrificial magic, transforming and controlling the bodies of the Giant Dragons.
They severed their forelimbs, making them focus more on flying in the air.
They replaced the dragon’s tail with a scorpion’s tail, making them better at aerial combat and equipping them with a terrifying poison attack.
They made their heads larger with sharper, harder teeth for easier biting.
They even inherited the Giant Dragon Breath, but had no way with the Dragon Soul, so they could only implant the most berserk and savage beasts into them, making them wild and aggressive, showing no fear even when facing a Giant Dragon, only hostility and hatred, not reverence.
The first batch of Primitive Flying Dragons was made using the dragon corpses of various Ancient Dragons, so they had giant or even super giant bodies. Once they appeared on the battlefield of Giants and Giant Dragons, they unleashed a frightening destructive power, with countless True Dragons nailed to the sky by these hybrid mongrels with poison tails.
The enraged Dragon God cursed this hybrid, that they would receive no protection from any Dragon God, their Giant Dragon Bloodline would beco thinner over ti until it completely vanished.
All the Primitive Flying Dragons died on the battlefield between Giants and Giant Dragons, but their dragon eggs spread all over the world.
With beast souls within them, they had no concept of restraint, fully exploiting the lustful nature of the Giant Dragons, spreading their bloodline worldwide, leading to many branches of Flying Dragons. Do not be surprised to see bipedal dragons covered in feathers or as small as little dogs.
When the Giant Empire went extinct and the Giant Dragons were driven to the wilderness by other intelligent beings, the Flying Dragon bloodline persisted, ruling the skies over the wilds for a long ti.
At that ti, a large number of dragon slayers erged from various races, killing Giant Dragons that were actually not True Dragons, but those primitive flying dragons similar in size and appearance to Giant Dragons.
But what truly led to these berserk flying beasts slowly exiting the stage of history was not the relentless dragon slayers, but the curse cast by the Dragon God back then.
As generations passed, the Giant Dragon Bloodline in the Flying Dragons beca increasingly thin, even those not mixed with other races.
Their descendants grew smaller, their intelligence declined, their abilities weakened, and eventually, they lost their Dragon Breath, and then their language.
The intelligence of the Primitive Flying Dragons, compared to True Dragons, was low, but higher than actual beasts, barely reaching the human average.
To this day, the curse continues, with colossal bipedal dragons being rare, the mainstream being large flying dragons, and even so dium-sized flying dragons less than two ters long have appeared. If this continues, the Flying Dragon species may not completely disappear, but likely only exist as pets for intelligent beings.
Shanoba has no interest in reviving the Flying Dragon race; she is not a True Flying Dragon. Transforming into a Flying Dragon is just an innate special ability for her. At heart, she is a human, a Dragon Vein Sorcerer.
However, if there is a chance to make her transformation ability stronger, she certainly wouldn’t mind.

The more accurate term for the Troll Mountain Range is the Troll Mountain Region. Compared to the Giant Run Mountain Range looking across the Giant Plains, its peaks are generally not high, mostly hills under a thousand ters, one after another. The 30% speed boost provided by Dragon Dog Mutual Aid to Shanoba is nothing to scoff at; this is a genuine inherent boost, non-conflicting with the external boost provided by Magic Equipnt. With sufficient financial support, she would naturally arm herself first.
Speed is her top priority consideration, especially increasing movent speed after transformation, ranked first.
